The apartment has a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. The house is completed by a large bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a dressing room and a second bathroom with bathtub.
It is completely autonomous without other common areas than those of the farm, access to the apartment, such as stairs and elevator carefully maintained.
The situation of the apartment is ideal, it combines the tranquility of the pedestrian promenade in front of the beach with the offer of catering, commerce and supermarkets services of the urban center.
In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy various cultural and sports activities. Vinaroz has a Yacht Club, a Tennis Club and 15 minutes away, in Sant Jordi, there is the Panoramic Golf Club.
