Top Draw

A lovely converted Mill house tucked away in the countryside with a kilometer of private riverbank. The house is wonderfully equipped with two double canoes and top spec mountain bikes for action sports lovers. Or there is the idyllic fresh water swimming pool which is ideal for children with its gently sloping shallow end. There is lots to do locally with Mont-de-Marsan offereing a hoast of bars and restaurants. A trip to the beautiful Euginie Le Bain is essential with the 3 star Michelle Gerrard restaurant as a must. The property is a lovely retreat being nearly a kilometer away from the road, al fresco dining in the shade or sun is arranged on the patio and there is a large banquet table in the dining room - perfect for large parties. The house is very well equipped from kitchen to bathrooms and the leisure activities all provided - perfect!

A wonderful rustic house, just what we had hoped.

This is a perfect house, and Margarita was truly a wonderful host! She was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, she really made us feel at home, and helped us with our enquiries not only about the house, but also with her knowledge of the tourist attractions in the local area! The house itself was just wonderful, an authentic, rustic house, just what we had hoped for.. it was very clean and there were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets for us too. Very comfy beds and wonderful windows that opened wide for fresh breezes. Located in its own very large plot of land, with a glorious private pool, and 2 kayaks which we made good use of on the beautiful Adour river which runs alongside the edge of the grounds.. Margarita checked in with us and made us feel like she genuinely cared that we had a good visit. It was quiet a wonderful break for my family. Lovely time, and highly recommended!!!
