El Ático de los Ingleses is a cosy 49m2 flat on a 4th floor with lift that has two terraces, one attached to the flat and the other on the top with wonderful panoramic views of much of the historic centre of Cadiz, solarium areas and cafe.



The flat has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, so the maximum capacity of this flat is 2 people, a very elegant living-dining room, a practical kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook the best dishes and a bathroom with bidet.



The location is excellent: just a stone's throw from Plaza San Juan de Dios, the Town Hall or the majestic Cathedral of Cadiz, it won't take you more than 15 minutes on foot to walk through the historic centre from one end to the other.



Don't worry about sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made when you arrive.



Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Junta de Andalucía Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Outdoor space galore

If you enjoy being outside on your own private terrace, this home has two with 360 degree views from the top. Quiet bedroom space perfect for a good rest and the location is excellent. The hosts were most kind and gracious, communicating promptly.throughout.

Cadiz at your doorstep

The apartment was in an ideal location to visit Cadiz old town. Stepping out the door it was a short walk to the Cathedral, sea side promenade and Mercado. We enjoyed wandering the maze old cobbled streets with shops and cafes. Look up to not miss the architecture of the buildings and balconies.

Great accomodation ️

We have been there for 10 days ans just loved it One terrasse and one roof Terrasse with tables, chairs, sun Lounger and a Sofa. Both terrasses with sun-blinders and a awesome view above Cadiz Air-condotion works perfectly, the kitchen was equipped perfectly. It is very quiet in the flat although it is in the center of Cadiz (3 minutes walk to the cathedral). Service and support was perfect and always there when there was a question (via WhatsApp). We can just recommand this accomodation .

Interesting experience above the roofs of Cadiz

The location is superb! I think the furniture should be more minimalist. The attic is small in floor space but packed with rather big items. Since no more than two people can reasonably stay there I would change for winning space to move and feel more at ease.

Fourth floor apartment with two private roof terraces

This quiet rental unit is comfortable and a good location in Cadiz with many restaurants within walking distance or lovely café shops to watch the world go by. It offers not one but two private terraces. We particularly enjoyed the upper terrace for the ocean view although the climb up the spiral staircase wouldn’t be for everyone. The apartment is generally well equipped but a starter package that included a tea towel and one packet of laundry soap would be very useful.

Todo correcto. Un toldo fijo en la terraza de abajo. No tiene sentido un toldo arriba en la tarraza superior y tener que subir la comida por una escalera de cáracol, en vez de a la misma altura de la vivienda. (los propietarios alegan el levante, pero en la planta de arriba ya no hay viento?) Somos asiduos a Cádiz y conocemos perfectamente la climatología. Para que tu negocio se diferencie, hay que invertir.

La cocina esta equipado muy muy bien. Las vistas de las terrazas son excelentes y la oficina de Cadiz4Rentals esta siempre aqui por ayudar. Uno o dos paños de cocina de tela serian utiles. La cama es como en muchas apartamentos un poco pequeña para personas majores.

Loved the apartment!

The apartment was lovely and clean with a really well equipped kitchen and clean bedding and towels available for a comfortable two week stay. The location was perfect, just 2 minute walk to the cathedral and centre of Cadiz. Despite being so central the apartment is so quiet at night and felt safe and secure. The terraces are wonderful, lovely comfy seating area on one and the panoramic views from the top terrace are stunning! The view of the Cathedral is fabulous and we caught some great sunrise and sunsets from up there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you! Tiny things… The welcome pack of dishcloth, sponge, washing up liquid and wash powder tablet was helpful but not nearly enough washing up liquid for 2 weeks so we had to buy a bottle - this is a basic that could be provided. No tea towel (just a non-absorbent cloth in the drawer). Maybe kitchen roll could be provided instead of a cloth? Something to wipe the cutlery dry. Finally, the washing machine is scary! Its incredibly noisy and it jumps against the fridge and out of its space when spinning. This can’t be good for your kitchen or your neighbours!

Perfect apartment in perfect location

This is a clean, comfortable well equipped apartment. Fantastic views over the city. It is in a convenient location and we had a great time trying out all the local barrios. All within easy walking distance. Internet connection excellent. We would love to return soon. Maybe a bit of shade on the lower terrace

Great location

The apartment was in a really good central location with loads of restaurants and shops nearby but was still quiet. It was clean, well equipped and nicely furnished and decorated. The terraces were spacious and there were good views from the top terrace. The bed was only 135cm wide so a bit too small for tall people like us. We thought the check-in time was too late. The office knew we were arriving in Cadiz at around noon as we booked a taxi transfer through them but we still had to wait till 3pm to get the keys to the apartment (at least we didn't have to wait till the official check-in time which is 4pm).

Clean, spacious apartment, feel like home. Balconies good but needs some improvements. Cadiz4Rentals super good, they were very helpful and amazing custom service. More towels. The balcony down needs sun umrella, sun shahe, sun beds and more comfortable seats. You can provide then all because it was really large terrace. Upper terace needs new sun furnitures and it was quite difficult to use. Because of the spiral and narrow stairs.

Oasis of tranquility amid bustling Cadiz

We loved the apartment with its fabulous terraces and views of the Cathedral, city rooftops and distant views of the port and ocean. The apartment is compact but very comfortable, with an excellent kitchen, well equipped, except for the mysterious oven/grill/microwave combo from Ikea that we never did figure out. The place was an oasis of calm in the heart of the busy old quarter, just a few steps from all the sights and a 10 minute walk to some fabulous white sand beaches. It is a lively city, with great terraces and small leafy squares, grand plazas, a beautiful promenade along the sea, and several good museums. Of course, there are churches everywhere and the bells of Cadiz are always singing. A great place for music, walking and cycling and even surfing.

Great location, newly refurbished, lovely views from the roof terrace

Location is excellent, between the cathedral and town hall, less than 5 minutes walk to each. Lots of bars and restaurants close by too. The apartment was bigger than we had expected, plenty of space, could have slept four. It appeared to be recently redecorated. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed and equipped. Bed was comfortable. Great views from the roof top terrace. We had a problem with the hot water being cold due to the pilot light on the boiler going out regularly. There were instructions on how to restart it which gave us the impression that this was a known problem. We restarted it ok but it was irritating. Robes would have been a nice addition. Other than that very good.
