2 story 1 Bedroom 2 Bath - 1450 sq ft. Large game room - Smart TVs. Located in the beautiful Gatlinburg Falls Resort. This Cabin offers secluded wooded views while downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are just minutes away. Very convenient to all the shopping and attractions the area has to offer.
Enjoy relaxing in the heart-shaped Jacuzzi tub in downstairs bathroom, or in the porch swing or rocking chairs on the decks. You can also enjoy soaking in the Hot Tub on the lower deck.
Step into the game room which offers a Pool Table, Air Hockey, and 2 Multi-Game Arcades and an awesome pinball machine.
Enjoy the resort pool located near the resort entrance at the foot of the mountain (seasonal).
Easy access with good roads.
Most Comfortable for max of 6 when it is a combination of adults and children. Great cabin for up to 6 if there are children included since there are bunk beds and sofa beds. There is one king bed, two queen size sleeper sofas, and bunk beds. One sleeper sofa and bunk beds are downstairs in game room. One sleeper sofa is in the living room upstairs on main level. Master bedroom is on the main level as well.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
If you have time to drop the trash at the dumpster at the exit of the resort and start the dishwasher that would be great. If not no problem. Most importantly…I hope you all enjoy the cabin:)

Cabin was clean. Everything worked. Its located between gatlinburg and pigeon forge strip close enough to get to activities quickly but far enough to feel secluded. The game room was perfect to entertain the kids.

We had a great stay the only thing that wasn’t as expected was the dryer didn’t dry clothes well. We had to run it 2 to 3 times to get things dry.

Rental property was acutely listed. Comfortable space for two adults and three young people. Close proximity to everything Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountains Park, and Pigeon Forge. Clear directions prepared by owner. At this time, the unit needs a deep “spring” cleaning for webs, dust behind, under or on furniture or fixtures.

Great location but property could use some attention.

This cabin was a great location. Perfect spot to both enjoy the Smoky Mountains and the tourists attractions of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. My kids really enjoyed the air hockey and pool tables. That being said there were cleanliness issues with the cabin. Very dusty and just seemed like it wasn't cleaned in a long time. Linens need updated....seemed very old and worn. We had a plumbing issue in the bathtub shower off the master bedroom. The drain didn't work well and my husband had to plunge it to get the water to drain which made for not very clean conditions so we opted to only use the downstairs shower. Again great location and interior of cabin would be great with a little updates and good cleaning.

Cabin is beautiful in a beautiful location. Had a few hiccups in the beginning. Had to contact VRBO because we never received the code to the door. In the end it was an amazing experience. Our kids enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did. They almost enjoyed being at the cabin more than they enjoyed leaving it! The master bath was an issue. The tub didn’t drain fast enough which in the end resulted in a not very safe or clean experience. There were some cleanliness issues; lots of dust, dishwasher not emptied after previous tenants, trash left in trash cans and stairway ledges, and the deck. The WiFi was spotty. The positives outweighed the negatives. We would visit the cabin again without hesitation. Thank you for the experience it was definitely one for the memory books.

Beautiful cabin close to everything but feels away from it all!

Great cabin close to the heart of Gatlinburg and the SMNP. It is well equipped with everything you need. It is ideal for families. The kids will enjoy being downstairs playing pool, air hockey or the arcade games while the adults can enjoy the lovely porch and view upstairs. Great vacation spot!

WONDERFUL!

What a wonderful experience! The resort, where this cabin is located, was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Very easy to get to, and is in a great location. Took only about 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. NO SCARY ROADS to get there (we've stayed in some before that are scary, which is why I point that out). The cabin itself was just great. The back porch swing was my favorite place the whole time we stayed. I could sit there forever. So quiet and peaceful. Beautiful mountain views from the master bedroom & front porch. All of the furnishings in the cabin were just what we were looking for. We ended up picking up dinners and eating at home a couple nights just so we could spend more time there having fun. Overall.... WONDERFUL stay! Would recommend over and over again!

After several trips to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, I fell in love with the area and starting looking at cabins. After over a year of searching, I finally found the perfect cabin - Relaxation in Gatlinburg Falls Resort. I hope you will enjoy my cabin as much as I do.
