Residenza Ca 'laRipa is part of an ancient complex dating back to 1791. The apartment, overlooking Lake Iseo, was built following a refurbishment of the main building, with the aim of providing the most modern standards of comfort while preserving the original style and furnishings of the building.

The apartment is an elegant and functional mix of antique and modern furniture, and consists of:
- Large garden and public solarium with umbrellas and tables, overlooking the lake;
- Large living room with sofa bed and table;
- Fully equipped kitchen;
- 2 bedrooms with double bed and modern bathrooms including shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer;
- A public laundry.

TV and Wi-Fi connection are included.
