New house located between the beaches of Pendruc and Pouldohan in the municipality of Trégunc. Halfway between Pont-Aven and Concarneau, ideal starting point to discover the riches of Finistère.
The house is surrounded by a walled garden.
 4 bedrooms can accommodate 8 people:
2 bedrooms with a bed of 160x200 each
2 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90x200 each.
From the house, on foot, you can hike in the beautiful Anse de Pouldohan and the wild dunes of Trégunc. A slip for the launching of the boats is 600 m.
Known for its fishing port and marina, Concarneau, a few minutes by car, is a seaside resort with several sandy beaches. Famous by its Ville Close, it is a dynamic city that hosts many festivals.
In Pont-Aven, you will walk in the footsteps of painters like Gauguin in the Bois d'Amour or along the Aven and its mills ... and taste the delicious and famous cakes.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. In der näheren Umgebung sind tolle Strände. Wir waren das erste Mal mit einem E-Auto in der Bretagne und es ist wie in ganz Frankreich : Überhaupt kein Problem bzgl. Laden.

une quinzaine parfaite!

Nous avons passé deux semaines très reposantes chez Nathalie. La maison est moderne, meublée avec goût, bien équipée et spacieuse. On s'y sent comme chez soi pour des vacances en famille. La rue est très calme sans que l'endroit soit isolé pour autant. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir faire nos courses en voiture en 10/15 minutes, et de pouvoir nous rendre dans notre plage préférée à la pointe de Trévignon en moins d'un quart d'heure de voiture. La présence d'autres plages accessibles à pied ou par un saut de puce en voiture était aussi très agréable. Merci pour ce séjour dans ce magnifique coin du finistère !

Ausgezeichnetes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Juli 2023 sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Außerdem ist ein großer, eingezäunter Garten vorhanden. Verschiedene Strände bzw. Strandabschnitte sind wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt kann in wenigen Autominuten erreicht werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch ohne Französischkenntnisse unkompliziert.

Rundum perfekt

Dieses bretonisches Haus zeichnet sich durch seine ideale Lage - sehr nah am Meer – und seine liebevolle Einrichtung aus. Auch der große Garten lädt zum Verweilen an einem einladenden Tisch ein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und man kann sich jederzeit mit Fragen an sie wenden. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est très agréable, propre et moderne. La plage à 10 mn à pied. Il faut prendre la voiture pour faire ses courses à Tregunc où vous pourrez trouver des petits commerçants. Si vous avez des ados qui veulent sortir il faut prévoir un véhicule. Nous avons adoré la tranquillité et avons pu passer 15 jours en toute quiétude.

Perfekt

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und unkompliziert sowie der Check-in und Check-out pünktlich und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist fast neu und modern und einfach top eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen und auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man brauchen kann. Die Lage ist hervorragend, in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man verschiedene schöne Strände und in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto verschiedene Supermärkte. Das Quartier ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Woche im Haus sehr genossen und können es ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

A comfortable, stylish, modern house

The house was in a lovely village location about 10 mins walk from 2 or 3 beaches. Shops etc were about a 10 min drive away. The house was very light and modern and had been furnished with style and care in a generally minimalist way. Garden and terrace were quite private and well furnished for sunny weather. A useful addition would have been a tumble drier, or else a clothes line or rotary clothes line, but otherwise the house was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Fast neu und alles sauber. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bäcker ist 3,8km entfernt. Also nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Woche Urlaub.
