The villa is situated in Tre Fontane, just 10 minutes from the Selinunte Archaeological Park and 60 minutes via the motorway from Palermo and Trapani airports. It is part of a newly built, private residential area, featuring wide sidewalks, elegant outdoor lighting, and a large green park.

The residence consists of 20 independent villas of 140 m², built in Mediterranean style with Sicilian terracotta floors, surrounded by well-maintained gardens, ensuring an exclusive and refined atmosphere.

Very nice villa a few steps from the beach

We spent 4 weeks in this house. It is literally a one minute walk to an amazing beach. The neighborhood is quiet and part of a small village. The house has a pool and also a nice roof top. A few small things like proper BBQ utensils, a water kettle would be nice. Overall a fantastic stay.

Alles in allem ein guter Urlaub. Die Lage des Hauses und der Pool sind eindeutig die Pluspunkte. Ansonsten ist das Haus innen schon relativ abgewohnt und bedarf an mancher Stelle einer Renovierung. Auch die Einrichtung ist eher lieblos.Eine gewisse Grundausstattung an Utensilien sollte schon vorhanden sein. Bei Ankunft stand lediglich eine Rolle Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung. Das Pool-Licht war kaputt und wurde innerhalb der zwei Wochen auch nicht repariert. Zu erwähnen ist auch das nur eines der drei Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage hat.

Wir freuen uns, dass Sie die Lage der Villa und insbesondere den Pool als klare Pluspunkte hervorheben und insgesamt einen guten Urlaub bei uns verbracht haben. Ihre Anmerkungen zur Ausstattung und zum Zustand der Einrichtung nehmen wir selbstverständlich ernst und werden prüfen, an welchen Stellen Verbesserungen sinnvoll sind. Auch die defekte Poolbeleuchtung bedauern wir. Leider war eine Reparatur während Ihres Aufenthalts trotz unserer Bemühungen nicht möglich. Bezüglich der Klimaanlage möchten wir jedoch klarstellen, dass in der Beschreibung der Villa ausdrücklich angegeben ist, dass eine Klimaanlage in einem der Schlafzimmer vorhanden ist. Die Ausstattung entspricht somit der Beschreibung zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung. Auch die Grundausstattung wird von uns regelmäßig überprüft. Selbstverständlich stellen wir bei der Ankunft eine Grundausstattung zur Verfügung; bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen ist es jedoch nicht vorgesehen, sämtliche Verbrauchsartikel für den gesamten Aufenthalt bereitzustellen. Wir danken Ihnen dennoch für Ihre offenen Hinweise. Wir nehmen das Feedback unserer Gäste ernst und nutzen es, um unseren Service und die Ausstattung unserer Villa kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie wieder einmal auf Sizilien begrüßen zu dürfen.
