Le Pralin, Studio apartment for 4, in perfect location by lifts and shops

Studio apartment in Le Pralin. Basic apartment that is fully equipped for a family of four. There is a sofa bed for two in the living room and then bunks in an alcove - with two doors between to the two. So you can put children to bed in the bunks, close the door and not disturb them whilst moving around the rest of the apartment.
Le Pralin is in an amazingly convenient location. It is the closest chalet residence (except for the four star Mont Vallon hotel) to the main lift (Plattieres) in Mottaret, that leads up the valley giving options to ski a huge area.
Please note this apartment is full self-catering and does not include sheets or end of stay cleaning. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels and clean the apartment at the end of your stay.
(Please note there is no longer a TV in the apartment as the reception was not good. There is strong 4G for tablets and phones.)

Great little simple apartment, right on the slopes!

Besonders überzeugt hat uns die Lage des Appartement. Ski anschnallen und los ging's. Der einfache Check-in und out. Eine Steckdose im Bad wäre von Vorteil.

Très bon séjour

La situation de la résidence est idéale, à proximité de la superette, des remontées mécaniques, du départ des cours de ski et de la navette pour Moutiers. Un local à ski privatif est mis à disposition au RDC. La pièce avec lits superposés est plus grande que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Balcon avec chaises longues orienté plein soleil très agréable. 2 ascenseurs à prendre mais rapide. Code pour porte d'entrée très pratique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

L’appartement est assez petit et le ménage pourrait être plus soigné.. cependant le rapport qualité/prix du logement est top. Je le recommande pour 2-3 pers max plutôt que 4.

Simple mais idéalement placé

L'appartement convient très bien pour 3 personnes (difficile à 4 du point de vue du nombre de rangements). Il est simplement meublé mais idéalement situé au coeur de Mottaret. La vue du salon et la salle de bain récente sont très agréables (même si un chauffage dans la SdB serait parfois apprécié). La serrure codée de la porte d'entrée: très pratique pour que chacun soit autonome au lieu de partager une seule clé! Si l'accès aux pistes se fait au pied de l'immeuble (royal!), la configuration de celui-ci fait que pour aller du parking (en sous-sol) jusqu'à l'appartement, c'est beaucoup moins simple (et je n'ai pas vu de précisions en ce sens dans l'annonce): peu de places de stationnement temporaire pour décharger + privilégier les bagages à roulettes pour prendre successivement les 3 ascenseurs et 2 coursives avant d'arriver chez vous. Bref, si ce n'est l'état de propreté du matelas du salon (dernier petit hic que William saura améliorer facilement), nous aurons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement!
