Great for a group of 25 ranging from 9month to 80 years. Lots of space and bathrooms. Just a few recommendations:A set of welcome instructions with regards to rubbish disposal, restaurant recommendations, departure instructions etc Some plastic cups/plates etc for use outside and for small children Locks on the bathroom doors upstairs Oven glovesOnly one shelf in the oven to cater for potentially 30 guests seems crazy . Another shelf is definitely needed. Salt and pepper to be provided.Pool towels would also be ideal Overall a great villa and location.

Jim was a great host and very attentive to our needs. The House was spacious, pool excellent, bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable and able to accommodate the needs of such a large group. The location was also great with beaches, restaurants and bars within close walking distance. If we needed anything such as transfers/taxis, rubbish removed, fridge and oven checked it was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Jim and this villa.

28 of us stayed here this weekend for my hen party, villa is great location for both old and new town only 5 minutes in a taxi, great communication with Jim and he happily answered any of our questions before and during the stay! Will definitely be returning!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa while celebrating my partner’s 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The property met all our needs and exceeded expectations in every way. Communication with Jim, the villa manager, was seamless—he was always available to answer our questions and even arranged our transfers, which made everything so easy. We’ll absolutely be returning. Family New Year Stay - Algarve

We had an excellent stay and the House is perfect for bigger groups. We as a family enjoyed every evening at the fireplace to heat our environment. The outdoor experience, such as BBQ and the Pool were the perfect match for our intention.

The villa is absolutely stunning. We stayed in a villa last year in Spain for a similar price and this one was miles ahead. It was premium and well kept. The location is great with lots of Caffes and the beach nearby. It is a short bolt/Uber in to albufeira and was overall great for a group of 25-30 year olds to enjoy for a week. The host Jim was great at resolving things for us and kept in touch with us throughout. Would definitely recommend!

The Villa was lovely, great location near shops and the town. Jim was fantastic - very helpful and great at communicating, the check in/out process was easy and were very lucky to be able to check in early and check out late which suited our flight times. Would definitely be back!
