Amazing experience

Amazing villa that is even better than we expected.

Michael welcomed us personally and took plenty of time to explain us more about the villa and the island. The housekeeper Alexandria took really good care of the place during our stay making it easy for us to enjoy our holiday. The location is stunning and on the quiet side of the island where you can really enjoy calm and privacy. Michael recently renovated/updated the premises and it is a classic, neat St Barth villa. The large terrace, infinity pool and jacuzzi make it an amazing place where you can relax with a stunning view.

Overall experience was great. Owner nice. Already miss it and the view. Only suggestion would be in master bedroom. With AC in the room gets so humid that everything piece of clothing gets damp. The breeze is amazing but with doors open the mosquitoes infest the room.

Incredibly pleased with our villa choice!

This place is great! The pictures do not do it justice. It is even better. Very clean, homey, and a traditional, beach/coast feel to the villa. Great spot in Pointe Milou overlooking vast ocean off a cliff with waves crashing on rocks in the distance! Away from everything so you have privacy and AMAZING views! Breathtaking. Yet, close enough to get to restaurants, shops, airport, and more. Would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Villa Tiwa. Michael is warm and welcoming.The villa is gorgeous with drop dead views. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sauna. The separated bedroom arrangement worked well for us and our 20-year old children. Internet and TV worked well for our work-from-home and can't miss sports events. Daily housekeeping was fabulous. We even had a surprise visitor named Amale. Don't miss this gem on St. Barts!

Perfection

We loved our stay in this wonderful villa. It was perfect for the two of us. Micheal was always responsive to any questions we had. The home has everything you would need. It was spotless and well cared for. Our maid was delightful. This is “old St, Barths” with charm and comfort. Point Milou is a great location for access to all areas of the Island. It is windy but it allows for comfortable sunning when the temps get warm during the day. The hot tub was great after sundown. We did not sleep with AC as a personal preference but sometimes used it during the heat of the day to cool our bedroom. We have stayed in many villas during our numerous trips to St. Barths and this was a favorite. I do not hesitate to recommend this wonderful villa for your stay.

Winter Break 2022

This was the first time our group of 5 couples rented both Villa Tiwa and Villa Walhalla and it did not disappoint! Great spaces to relax and gather together. Both villas are immaculate and Alexandra was wonderful for housekeeping. and St Barth's never disappoints. Tiwa is lovely for 1 or 2 couples and would not hesitant to rent again. Michael, as always was available and prompt in helping with any requests/concerns. Traveling in times of covid is not without challenges, but it was a great break on a beautiful island, staying in beautiful villas with beautiful views.

Perfection all around

It's impossible to be happier with Villa Tiwa and owners Micheal and Shamia. The photographs do not do the villa justice. It is larger and more beautiful and the view is extraordinary. Shamia graciously met us at the airport, after my wife and I picked up our car, and let us follow her to the villa, and she and Michael checked in with us occasionally to make sure everything was perfect. It remained so our whole stay. The villa and pool were spotless and were cleaned every day. We were happy to see a Nespresso machine ready in the kitchen, and we thoroughly enjoyed the Bose speaker in the living area. We had no trouble with mosquitoes. A steady breeze, which we let flow through the villa's open doors during the day, kept them at bay. The main bedroom is spacious and air-conditioned and is a few steps away, through a lovely, small courtyard. The bed and pillows were comfortable; we slept soundly every night (as we would have even without Champagne!). A separate, second bedroom, with two single beds (perfect for children), is likewise accessed through the small courtyard. Adults, that is, would be close but still have privacy. The main living area has an ample library (and TV, which we didn't turn on), though it's tough to read for long with such a beautiful view. Sea-gazing, swimming, eating, and drinking took the day. The villa and Pointe Milou both seemed exceptionally private. We enjoyed venturing out (a grocery and boulangerie are only a few minutes away by car) to the beaches and stores and restaurants and returning to our own personal paradise within the paradise of St. Barts. We are eager to return to Villa Tiwa. Our only regret is that we had to leave.

5th and favorite rental on the island

Wonderful house. We all agreed that photos didn’t quite do it justice. The view is exceptional, the constant breeze refreshing. Didn’t imagine a hot tub would be relevant but once the sun goes down it’s a pleasure. The house is made up of three smaller connected buildings in the style (perhaps actually) of more traditional houses. There is character in these spaces. The kitchen is functional, ac in the bedrooms perfect. Note that there is an adjacent house connected but this was never an issue for us. The neighborhood is one of the more walkable in St Barth and the Hotel Christopher is a nice walk down the hill for a meal or drink. A car is required.

Beautiful views in Pointe Milou!

We LOVED our stay at Villa Tiwa in Pointe Milou! Michael was so kind and helpful. He met us at the ferry and also arranged our car rental. Upon entering the villa we were blown away by the spectacular view! There are many comfortable places throughout the patio and living area to enjoy the view and lounge with family and friends. The doors to the main living area slide open to create a wonderful indoor/outdoor room. We brought our two children (ages 9 & 12) with us and they enjoyed having the bedroom with two twin beds and private bath to themselves. Our bedroom was very comfortable with plenty of storage space and views of the ocean. The bedrooms had AC while the main part of the villa was cooled by fans and the plentiful breeze from being up in the hills. This villa is right next to Villa Walhalla and could have been rented as one large combined unit. We barely noticed having neighbors though and wouldn't have realized the property had two villas if Michael hadn't informed us. Taking a walk around the neighborhood is a great workout with all the hills, too! All in all, a fantastic find! Very comfortable, the kids enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing view, space and host

We loved our stay at Villa Tiwa. A beautiful space. Michael was amazing and always helpful. Villa was emmaculate with a great kitchen, living space and bedrooms. The A/C in the bedrooms worked great and we only used them early in the evening each night to cool off the room. The decor was tropical and welcoming. Had no issues with bugs probably because of the easterly breezes we had. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great Holiday

We had a great time at the villa in St-Barth, the location is fabulous and quiet, amazing view of the ocean and we loved the open concept of the villa. Michael, Monique and Melanie took very care of anything we needed. I would highly recommend this location. Our intention is definitely to go back.

My name is Michael Parisot. I was born in France near Switzerland in the mountains. I lived there during my childhood. My Grandfather bought a house in Saint Barth 40 years ago. So I came there for holidays and I felt in love with this wonderful island. So when I was 23 years old, I move here, in St Barts to work as a pianist.
