Built on an incline there is easy access from the garden and pool to the lower floors. The main entrance, up a few steps, leads into the main living-dining area with an open plan fully equipped kitchen and large French windows on to a large balcony facing the sea great for lazy breakfasts! On the ground floor with access from the garden and an interior stairway to the living room is the first bedroom with a double bed plus sofa bed, en suite bathroom with washing machine plus a separate WC. The master bedroom on the upper floor with large double bed, en suite bathroom and French windows leading out on to a private balcony offers superb sea views. About 1200m away is a selection of some of the best fish tavernas on the island in Ligia plus a collection of cafes and bars to while away the time. A short 5 min drive into the hills is Katouna, a traditional sleepy village where time has almost stood still there is a fabulous little taverna and cafe on the square where the locals come out to every evening to complete their embroidery or just chat and catch up on the local 'happenings'!
