Detached luxury home with lots of privacy

Detached luxury home with large garden. The living room is spacious with a half open kitchen. View of the garden from the seating area. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and the bathroom as well as a single bedroom. On the first floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a small balcony.
The house has a richly equipped kitchen with microwave / oven, electric hob, dishwasher and fridge. A freezer is also present. Washing machine and dryer are also available. Ample seating in the living room and the dining table is suitable for 6 people (1,5 meter is no problem). The house has central heating and a wood burning stove that is free to use. There are garden chairs and a table in the spacious garden. There is always a place for sun or shade. Parking a car in front of the house. Television and internet / wifi are available.
The property is rented including bed and linen, energy, water, cleaning (coronaproof) and taxes. No additional costs beyond the price shown
