About this property

3 Bedroom Family-friendly condo close to University of Mississippi campus

Located just minutes away from the Ole Miss campus and Oxford's historic Square, this rental is perfect for a family visiting this quaint, college town. It is in High Pointe Subdivision, a gated condo community that has plenty of green space and an on site swimming pool. Our condo has 3 reserved parking spots just outside of the front door. It is located on the second floor, with a private entry to an enclosed stairwell. The vaulted ceiling and open concept floor plan provide a spacious living area. All bedrooms come equipped with Youtube TV access and a flat screen TV. Each bedroom also has an on suite bathroom, which includes a tub/shower combo. The spacious master bedroom, which is on the upper level of the townhouse, has a king size bed, with the other two bedrooms on the main floor containing queens.

Please note that this property is located conveniently off Hwy 6, just west of Oxford.

This condo is even more perfect in person then the pictures! They had everything we needed. It's a great floor plan, and has a spacious living room and kitchen area. So nice that each room has it's own full bathroom! The location is very convenient to Jackson Ave and the campus area. We hope to stay here again!

Great Football Weekend

We stayed at this condo Sept 22 thru Sept 26. The condo was perfect for our 4 adults and 1 child, with room for more if you need it. Location to campus and the football field is perfect. Kim and Shane were perfect hosts and Kim has a heart of gold. She put up with me calling twice about the fire alarms chirping and had maintenance there within 30 minutes both times to replace batteries. She was even understanding when my OCD kicked in and I called her 1 hour after we left to voice my concern on whether or not I had turned the oven off before locking up. She let me know almost immediately I did. Even though she might not want me back, I would definitely rent from them again. You can't go wrong by staying at this condo.

We styrene a ceremony at Ole Miss. This location is very convenient to the Jackson Rd. "strip" without being locked into it, so it's also not 5 minutes to campus via Old Taylor Rd. entrance, which has the stadiums and the Ford Center, which is great access to The Square. We enjoyed the wood floors, comfortable gathering space, private baths for each of our three couples in our family, and the thoughtfulness of the icemaker. Nicely decorated with lots of Ole Miss decor but so tastefully done that our Bama and LSU fans appreciated it, ha ha.

Super great experience loved the location house was immaculate very very comfortable furnishing. Stayed here will bringing daughter to school at Ole Miss. Loved the family home feel and loved spending time with her in this comfortable environment. Needed a toaster but that was it. I would love to rent here again when we come back for a game.

Traveled to Ole Miss for Double Decker Festival and KKG Parent's Weekend with my daughter, and this place was much better than we expected! My mother and I really enjoyed this condo and felt as safe as we do at home. Three (3) parking spots and a great pool, which we were unable to enjoy since it was such a busy weekend. Great host and easy to communicate with before booking. Thank you for taking pride in your home.
