Très calme, situation idéale pour découvrir la région

Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui habite sur place. Bel espace a vivre. Très grande hauteur sous plafond. Dans une impasse. Place de stationnement réservée. Déco : mélange de l'ancien (années 60) et de contemporain. Salle de bains vintage.

Ein kleines Paradies

Die "Lemonaderie" befindet sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse und ist trotzdem zentrumsnah. Toller Außenbereich, charmante Wohnung, schönes Städtchen. Außerdem hat man prima Ausflugsziele vor der Nase und ist umgeben von einer herrlichen Landschaft. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.

Très bien

Séjour très agréable dans le gite du premier étage. Appartement spacieux mélangeant le charme de l'ancien et du moderne,jardin luxuriant, peupliers et platane majestueux,figuiers,rosiers,bignonias et yuccas. Nous avons bien profité des activités disponibles,à savoir piscine,ping-pong,barbecue,détente. En résumé,très satisfait de notre séjour,mais nous étions seuls vacanciers...

Quiet oasis very near the town centre.

Everything was even better than we had expected. A lovely location, surrounded by nature but hardly any distance from the town centre. Kevin and Ann were very helpful. A lovely pool to plunge into when it gets hot as well as the river at the bottom of the garden. Lots of outside seating areas for all times of the day. Nice flat, high ceilings. Mattresses were not firm enough for 2 of our party of 4, but I realise different people like different types of mattress. Nearest beach only 45 minutes away by car and well worth the journey. Our dog also loved the flat and grounds and did not want to leave.

Prachtige vakantieplek!

We hebben heerlijke vakantiewerken gehad in dit appartement. Onze zonen van 14 en 17 jaar hebben zich prima vermaakt in de rivier en in het zwembad. De directe omgeving is prachtig en heel afwisselend. Het appartement is ruim en mooi ingericht, we voelden ons er helemaal thuis. De eigenaren waren vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Prachtige plek!

Une très bonne expérience !!

Ce gite est parfait tant par sa situation ( proximité immédiate du centre et calme absolu en bord de rivière ) que par son charme. Cette ancienne limonaderie offre des gites décorés avec goût et qui disposent de tout le matériel nécessaire. Les hôtes sont très agréables

Pour découvrir cette belle région, il faut absolument séjourner dans ce magnifique lieu, appartement décoré avec beaucoup de gout avec un immense extérieur .Accueil extrêmement chaleureux ; Anne et Kevin sont des hôtes formidables

Un petit havre en pleine ville dans une région superbe

Un bel appartement qui a su resté frais malgré la canicule extérieure. Le parc ombragé est agréable et permet de déjeuner et diner dehors sans souffrir de la chaleur. Idéal pour se promener dans la région, à proximité de tout. Je recommande.

Appartement spacieux, au calme au coeur de Lodève

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Lodève dans cet appartement rénové avec goût. Les propriétaires Anne et Kevin sont très accueillants et de bons conseils pour nous faire découvrir la région. Lodève est un emplacement idéal pour découvrir l'arrière pays de l'hérault (Lac de Salagou, le cirque de Mourèze, les gorges de l'hérault, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert...). A la fin de nos journées bien remplies et pendant la grande chaleur de l'été, nous avons bien apprécié d'être à l'ombre des arbres et de profiter de la piscine des propriétaires.

Schön, ruhig, zentral, sympathisch!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Die Kombination von angenehmer, geschmackvoller, großer Wohnung, viel Außenfläche, dem originellen Umfeld mit Ateliers im historischen Ensemble der Limonadenfabrik und der wunderschönen Lage am Fluß ist einfach toll. Die beiden Gastgeber sind supersymphatisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Limonaderie just fantastic. Oozing with character. Clean and airy. We loved it.

The Limonaderie really exceeded our expectations. It's in a great location in central Lodeve so easy walking access to shops, market and river. The property is a very interesting place, with a really eclectic mix of outside areas to explore. The Limonaderie apartment was immaculate, well decorated and equipped with all we needed for a family of four with occasional visiting friends. We were there for the first two weeks of August and it is lofty and airy so we never felt over-heated. The lovely high ceilings give the apartment a really spacious feel. There was no noise disturbance at all and sitting on the patio with a coffee & croissant for breakfast and glass of wine in the evening was very relaxing. Kevin and Anne are very good hosts. Nearby but not intrusive and very generous in their offers of letting us use the items in the gardens - bbq, ping pong etc. They also gave us some really helpful local recommendations and we found places would've never found without their tips e.g. a really good pop-up restaurant in the hills. The apartment offered more than we anticipated and our children loved the open garden spaces and river access - as did we. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. We had teenagers with us and it felt a very safe place to leave them in when we wanted to go out in the mornings before they got up. Lodeve and it's surrounding areas are a delight. Rivers, kayaking, beaches, restaurants, walks and more. What we all particularly like about the area is that it felt properly French. A real pleasure to explore - and what a Cathedral!

Vaste propriété riche en arbres et arbustes offrant des endroits plus frais pour se reposer en plein été. La piscine est bien agréable et permet de se rafraîchir.

A delightful apartment.

Birds singing, notably nightingales, in the garden - sunny terrace for breakfast - welcoming hosts - everything as indicated in the details - clean, well appointed and well located for the surrounding area, notable for its wonderful countryside, prehistory and viniculture. All that and the beach was only 45 minutes away! It was equally possible to keep cool in nearby Lac du Salagou and, if you are in the know, bathing pools in the nearby rivers!! Good for walking if you choose the cooler times of the day when we visited in June.

Séjour agréable dans cette localité de Lodève. Nous avons visité avec beaucoup de plaisir une belle région riche en paysages et jolis villages sans oublier la proximité de Montpellier et de Sète. Le propriétaire nous a reçus avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La location est spacieuse et bien ensoleillée. Nous avions plaisir à y revenir le soir après notre journée d"excursions. Nous aimerions y retourner en été pour profiter des terrasses et du jardin.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, tolle Gastgeber

Das Appartement ist sehr ansprechend und sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man sich zum kochen vorstellen kann. Das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafräume sind sehr gemütlich, nicht zuletzt die schöne Terrasse vor der Tür. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Had a very enjoyable to stay in La Limanaderie Lodeve. The owners are friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The appartment was comfortable with good facilities and Wi-fi that works, and we made use of both balcony and garden ( beautiful Plane tree, and river at the bottom of the garden.) Lodeve and the surrounding area has a lot to offer with plenty of things to see and do. 40minutes approximately to the coast, good sandy beaches. would highly recommend both the area and the appartment to holidaymakers and would certainly consider booking again in the future.

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. La location se trouve dans une impasse: nous n' entendons aucun bruit de circulation. C' est un endroit très reposant et est seulement à 2 min à pied du centre ville. Nous avons bien aimé les 2 terrasses: une pour le matin, la deuxième pour le déjeuner

Charmant appartement ambiance campagne à Lodève

Une semaine fort agréable au sein de cette location, une belle décoration, des pièces spacieuses (photos fidèles) on s'est senti comme chez nous. Un hôte anglais (parlant français) très sympathique et disponible pour nous donner des conseils. Celui-ci laisse son hangar avec table de ping pong accessible aux locataires. Le lac à Salagou est très proche. Rien à redire nous étions conquis, et passerions une autre semaine sur place avec plaisir.

Appartement très agréable idéalement situé

Nous avons séjourné pour un long week-end dans cet appartement très confortable et spacieux avec deux enfants. Le jardin est très agréable ainsi que la petite terrasse. L'emplacement est idéal pour les vacances car Lodève est situé à proximité de plusieurs sites naturels exceptionnels. L'appartement est situé en plein centre ville à proximité des commerçants, mais est parfaitement calme. On n'entend que le bruit des oiseaux et de la rivière ! Les propriétaires sont discrets et accueillants,nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location.
