3 Bedroom Top Floor Ocean Villa at Turtle Bay Resort with Ocean and Pool Views
Prime beach front and ocean front location. Excellent natural cross breeze from this Villa (something many of the units on the 1st and 2nd floor farther back from the beach do not enjoy)

The Villa is located on the Turtle Bay Resort. The Ocean Villas oceanfront pool and jacuzzi is available for our guests.
Most Turtle Bay Resort’s amenities are available to you at a fee. The Turtle Hotel’s pool is reserved for the hotel guests only. (All amenities are subject to change without notice per Turtle Bay Resort)

This 1,700 Square Feet Villa has ocean and pool views. This deluxe home features 55” flat screen TV with 70 channels, TVs in every bedroom. There is complimentary high speed internet and wireless.

Laundry amenities include a brand new oversized washer and dryer inside the Villa. We will accommodate young families with babies with Pack-N-Play Bassinet crib/playpen for babies up to 36 in.

The Villa has central air conditioning with a de-humidifier and ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, queen sized beds are in the two secondary bedrooms, a new high end pull out couch with a Tempurpedic mattress.
The gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite countertops is equipped with a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove cook top and oven, microwave, a new dishwasher plus all cooking and dining necessities such as cookware, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, 64 oz nutribulletand More! The kitchen is fully stocked and then some.

The Villa is located on the Turtle Bay Resort and you can use the following Resort Amenities:

You can use the following resort and villa amenities, some amenities you will have to pay a fee to use: the Ocean Villas heated Pool and Jacuzzi, the resort restaurants and bars, the day spa, the two golf courses, the four tennis courts, horseback riding, helicopter tours, kayak rentals, tours and lessons, surfboard rentals, tours and lessons, stand-up paddleboard tours, rentals and lessons, Segway tours, rentals and lessons, bike rentals, hiking and biking trails, beaches, Enterprise rental car services, and more. The resort does not allow our guests to use: the hotel pool, although you can use the restaurant/bar that is at the resort pool (the ocean villas have their own heated pool and Jacuzzi that you can use), the Business center, the beach chairs (we provide beach chairs and umbrellas in each villa’s beach locker).

-Gym classes including yoga classes can be purchased per class and also in packages. Yoga class $25, Pilates class $40, 5 Class Bundle $95, 3 Pilates Bundle $105, 10 Pilates Bundle $325
-Weekly gym memberships can also be purchased but do not include classes. Fitness Week Pass $150, Fitness Month Pass $250
-The pool restaurant and bar are open to the public
-The hotel pool is for hotel guests only
-The Villa pool is only for Villa guests
-Hotel Cabana reservations can be made at the concierge desk, and users can use the hotel pool. Reservation for non-registered guests is currently $700, 9am-6pm

We reserve the right to cancel your an instant booking reservation within 24hrs of the booking if your dates leave between 1 and 3 nights open from an existing reservation. This is rarely done and we will normally notify you within a few hours. Contact us for exceptions.

*There is 4 night minimum unless the unit is still available a few days prior to arrival or unless there are fewer days available in between bookings.
**We typically set our nightly rates 4-6 months in advance. In the event you are looking to reserve our property farther in advance and rates are only displayed under our "standard rate" please inquire about our exact rates BEFORE making a "Book It Now" or "Instant Book" reservation. posted.
We accept insta book for this property, however, we reserve the right to cancel within 12 hours in the unlikely event there is a reservation on another booking site. We have not had to do this yet but make this rule as a precaution only
All Instant booking reservations are subject to cancellation and/or revised pricing if made during a time where only our "standard rates" are posted.
