The property had roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen cabinets had a lot of rat fieces in them which is a clear indication that they have not been cleaned. Kitchen cabinet was falling off the hinges when being opened. The toilet was filthy and toilet seat was loose. The refrigerator and freezer had rust stains and looked horrible to store items. The lock on the front door was extremely loose so it was unsafe for us to stay here. I am still waiting to hear back from VRBO and the host on when I should expect my refund.
