Residenza Ca 'laRipa is part of an ancient complex dating back to 1791. The apartment, overlooking Lake Iseo, was built following a renovation of the main building, with the aim of providing the most modern standards of comfort while preserving the original style and furnishings of the structure.

The apartment is an elegant and functional mix of antique and modern furniture, and consists of:

- Large garden and public solarium with umbrellas and tables, overlooking the lake;

- a living room with a sofa bed and a table

- Equipped kitchen corner;

- 1 bedroom with double bed and modern bathroom including shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer;

- A public laundry.

TV and Wi-Fi are included.
