The private idyllic setting, with its panoramic views of the countryside and the sea, is ideal for relaxation, yet close enough for Ibiza's fantastic beaches, bars, nightclubs and other recreational facilities.

The luxury villa Ibiza's mature gardens allow for quiet relaxation whilst the young (and maybe the not so young) enjoy cooling off and splashing around in the chlorine free pool with a slide. There are several outdoor eating areas, a barbecue and sufficient sun loungers for all guests.

The secluded luxury Ibiza villa has electronic gates and a full colour video entry system to provide our guests with a secure and private environment. Wireless internet access allows guests to keep in touch with friends and family.

Great villa, lots of space, pool area was fantastic, 10 loungers which was nice…. But hard to find for taxis so make sure you always share location!

Amazing villa, location and host. The perfect holiday!

The villa exceeded all expectations. The pictures do not do it any justice. The villa has everything you need and more. Also, the host Maxi could not do enough to help with even the slightest of issues. We are already planning to return next year.

I have used this app and many others for years now travelling around Europe and this has been far the best stay I have had. From the first point of contact I had with the host right through to the last goodbye. The property is exactly as seen on photo, If not better in person! The facilities on site are excellent and the host offers the security protection everyone wants to feel when travelling.

Brilliant pool and bbq area

We enjoyed a lovely week here - the bbq area with the daybeds and the pool in particular were fantastic. Having a second booze fridge was a bonus! Good showers. One of the bedrooms is reached via another which was perfect for our daughter and us. Aircon helped us sleep / keep cool down during the heatwave. Communication with Maxi was great. We’d be happy to come back. Thank you!

The villa is amazing and exceeded our expectations in terms of the size, style and amenities. It was clean and tidy, with clear instructions provided. The villa has plenty of crockery/cutlery etc and store cupboard basics for cooking. Communication with Maxi was flawless. There is no doubt that I would stay again. One small thing to note, prospective guest should be aware that one twin bedroom has small camp beds, rather than full size beds. This was not clear in the listing. This room would be most suited to children and smaller adults. Thanks Maxi for a great stay.

Wanted to stay there forever

We were really lucky to find this villa. I booked it for a group of 8 girls so we wanted something spacious. We had our own pool and there were a few outdoor areas (was ideal if any of us wanted our own space). We made use of the bbq and it was easy to use and kitchen was fully equipped. All rooms had air con and we weren’t too close to any other villas so it felt like we had the entire area to ourselves. It would be really hard for other people to see in so the privacy was amazing. The villa also had an alarm so it gave us extra security and peace of mind if we were out. Taxi drivers found the villa quite easily on Google maps so we never had any trouble. You just need to tell them that the villa is in Can Tomas and they will know where to go. The host (Maxi) is lovely. She got back to me straight away on any queries and she really welcomed us into her villa. Anyone else looking at villas I would highly recommend this one. It’s not close to any shops so I would suggest being self sufficient and making sure you pre stock any food, water etc. I would rent this villa again in a heart beat. Thank you Maxi for letting us stay.

We had the best time ever at this villa! It’s beautiful, and really big - the photo’s don’t do it justice! Maxi was the perfect host, everything was smooth sailing and she was extremely helpful with everything we needed. Couldn’t recommend this villa enough, will certainly be back! Thanks Maxi!

Fantastic Group stay

We had a wonderful stay at Maxi’s villa! The location is very good; you’re a short taxi ride away to St Antonio and about a 15 minute drive to Ibiza town, all whilst still feeling pretty secluded. You can catch a beautiful sun set on the roof too. The villa itself is just what you need. The outside area is brilliant with plenty of space and seating for all guests. We pretty much barbecued every night. Maxi was also so kind as to let one of our guests have a late check out as her flight wasn’t until the evening. Though we managed to get by without, I would recommend having at least one car for food shopping and also for taking rubbish to the bins that are a short drive away, as sometimes the taxi drivers were a bit funny about this. Thanks Maxi for a great stay!

Ideal location, clean villa with large pool area

The villa was in an ideal location within the quiet countryside with no surrounding neighbours, but close enough to bars/clubs and Ibiza town. The villa was a nice size, clean and had a large pool/bbq area. Maxi was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to accommodate us - would definitely stay again!

A stunning property in a peaceful location

What can I say about the property that would do it justice? It is an absolutely stunning villa, with everything you could possibly need from a home away from home. The photos really don't do it justice!! The rooms in the property are spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. With TV's and/or music stations in all of the rooms, and a playstation in the living room, you have everything you need to keep yourself entertained. The pool area is a sun trap with plenty of space to relax and soak up your surroundings. The service we received from Maxi in the build up to our trip was fantastic and she really couldn't have been more helpful, even posting a set of keys to us before we left the UK. Should I return to Ibiza, this will certainly be my first port of call and I can't recommend it enough.

Outdoor living in the sun

We had a fantastic time staying at maxi's villa. She made life easy by sending very detailed instructions and she even posted us the keys in advance. The villa was out in the country so nice and quiet which was perfect for outside living. It has a fantastic barbecue area and a great pool. The villa itself is very homely and comfortable. We would definitely come back.

The villa is just 20 minutes drive from the airport, very easy access to all places you will wnat to visit, but still in a quiet seculded counteryside.
There are so many areas within the grounds where you can have your own quiet time.
