ES BRINET, SWIMMING POOL, INTIMACY, TRANQUILITY AND CLOSE TO THE BEACH

The farm has a comfortable pool, and the house has 85m2; located in the urbanization of Sa Caleta; Minorcan style construction with arches on the terrace that gives it much charm
 The door is automatic, it leads us to the garage; Upon entering the house there is a distributor that takes us to the two bedrooms; one of marriage with a large bed and space for crib and suitcases and large wardrobe and fan, the other has two single beds, bedside table and wardrobe, and also fan, ironing board and iron; then there is the bathroom, spacious, with shower, toilet, sink, with plenty of space for personal belongings and ample closet for towels. From the entrance to the right is the living room, with sofa, TV table, DVD, internet connection and wi-fi, with sliding door that leads to the covered terrace, then there is the kitchen, very large where you can eat and also with direct access to the garden, equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, jug, teapot, toaster, all electric squeezer and finally we find the covered terrace, furnished to enjoy nice dinners next to the barbecue and under the stars of Menorca . The garden is full of trees (acebuches) that gives it charm, freshness and plenty of shade to sit outdoors.
For the more athletes, it is close to the Paddle Club and about 500m. from Sa Caleta and Santandria beach.
The most pleasant thing about this house is the tranquility and privacy, which allows us to rest and relax and at the same time be close to the beach, without having the annoying noises of the hustle and bustle of the tourist movement.
