It has a panoramic. view of the sea and the mountain range and the surrounding areas .It has a large upper roof -top terraced patio area with own BBQ .You are guarantee beautiful sunrises and sunsets ,in a tranquil area.
There is a communal swimming pool ( Unheated ) .All rooms are airconditioned / heated , depending on the time of year . A Golf range is a few minutes driving away . Shops , bars and restaurants, beach all within walking or driving range . scuba diving centre,and other watercraft centre ,Medieval port and castle
The apartment is offered as holiday rental .It is suitable for 6 people
The use of a car is advised .

The property is within 30 mins of the Ercan airport and 1 and a half hours from Larnaca airport.
Uk travellers will require Visas . These are provided free of charge , particularly on entry from Larnaca ( South Cyprus ) and crossing the border into North Cyprus .
