Charming stone house, ideally located 100m from a beautiful beach of the Granit-Rose coast. This old Breton farmhouse from the 17th century has been completely renovated. Quietly located (in a dead end), it offers a garden with trees and sheltered from the wind, ideal for your moments of relaxation.
A wooden stilt house built in 2013 will delight your children. And for the cold and the amateurs of soaring, a stove was installed in March 2013.

Wundervoll

Wir haben in diesem zauberhaften Haus zwei fantastische Wochen verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal, um Ausflüge zu machen, aber auch der Garten mit dem duftenden Feigenbaum verlockt dazu, einfach zuhause zu bleiben und sich zu erholen. Das ganze Haus ist perfekt geeignet, die Seele baumeln zu lassen und den Sommer zu genießen, aber ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es hier auch im Herbst sehr behaglich am Kamin ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison jolie et bien située mais trop difficile à chauffer pour une location hivernale

Propriétaire réactif et disponible. La maison est typique et parfaitement située pour visiter la côte de Granit. Il faut aller chercher la plage un peu plus loin que les 100m indiqués dans les commentaires car il faut traverser une corniche puis marcher 10 min au bord de la route La maison est très jolie mais très difficile à chauffer en période hivernale. On a eu très froid et la chambre parentale ne comportait pas de chauffage. Aucun chauffage d'appoint disponible pour compenser cette absence de radiateur. L'escalier pour monter aux chambres est assez raide donc à prendre en compte. L'agencement fait que la salle de bain est dans le prolongement de la cuisine au rez de chaussé ce qui est moins pratique que ce soit pour prendre sa douche ou aller aux WC. Bien regarder les details car le chauffage de la maison n'est pas inclus ainsi que le linge de maison. Il vous en coûtera 18€ par personne pour les draps. Au vu du tarif très élevé, nous avons préféré amener nos propres draps et serviettes. Du coup la procédure d'entrée nécessite de faire une relève des compteurs et de le signer avec une personne mandatée par le proprietaire. Pas de petites attentions particulières du type sachets de thé par exemple comme c'est souvent le cas dans les locations. Il faut vraiment tout acheter y compris le papier toilette et le sopalin. Bref c'est certainement une maison très agréable en été sans besoin de chauffage en espérant tomber sur un été non pluvieux et pas trop frais.

Entspannt und vielseitig

Sauberes, freundliches und gemütliches Häuschen mit sehr großzügigem Garten. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, 4+7+12) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war genügend Platz zum Spielen und für Rückzug. Das Meer ist sehr nah, der nächste Strand gut zum schnellen Baden oder Drachensteigen, und eine wunderschöne Bucht in 15 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ort hat alles was man braucht und die nähere Umgebung ist ziemlich vielseitig. Es war wirklich toll!

Ein herrliches Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Die Küche, das Bad und die sehr ruhige Lage haben den Urlaub genießen lassen. Der nahe Bio-Bäcker mit super Broten und der Holzkohlengrill haben zu einem erholsamen und erlebnisreichen Urlaub beigetragen. Einzig die sehr schmale Zufahrt und das schwache WLAN haben die Freude etwas getrübt.

Maison bretonne a100 mètre de la plage au calme avec un beau jardin. Une cabane et des accessoires.

Un havre de paix dans un milieu magnifique pour cette découverte de la Bretagne ! Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse au calme avec plein de belles découvertes. Merci à Stephanie pour son accueil et ses conseils. Nous repartons avec que des bons souvenirs. Nous reviendrons !!

Chouette Longère !

La maison est très sympa, bonne pièce à vivre, et la cuisine est bien aménagée pour permettre les longs repas et apéro. La plage est à 2 pas ce qui permet d'y aller à pieds n'importe quand.

Silvester entschleunigt

Schöne Tage über Silvester. Ganze 2 Böller wurden gesichtet vom Strand aus und Rauschen des Meeres. Ansonsten sind wir schon öfters dort gewesen und es immer wieder entspannend, traumhafte Landschaft, guter Bäcker ums Eck.

Stein für Stein ein Traum

Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir unseren Urlaub in diesem urigen Haus mit seinen massiven Steinwänden verbracht. Die ruhige und meernahe Lage an einem spektakulären Küstenabschnitt, die sehr gute Ausstattung und das großzügige Grundstück mit riesigem Garten und Terrasse lassen kaum Wünsche offen für einen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Perfekt!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. La maison est magnifique avec beaucoup de cachet. Très bien située, a deux pas des commerces et environs 30 secondes de la mer. Je conseille vraiment cette mais et j'espère pouvoir y revenir. Merci
