I'm pleased you were able to enjoy your conference in comfort and hopefully had a safe journey back to Canada. I'm afraid my retro furniture matches my retro age.
Very good size and very clean. Great location and good communication with host. Would definitely stay in this property again.

I'm delighted that my flat in Avie' met your expectations for an enjoyable stay and I look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful Highlands again. Haste ye back!
Accommodation was comfortable and convenient, with good parking. Kitchen, bathroom, lounge, all pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the wifi in the flat, which dropped out for large portions of the evening and even during the day, and because the TV is a "Freely" one, it only works if the internet is available, so often we couldn't even watch terrestrial TV.Thankfully a neighbour has EE broadband, which kept working, and has a backchannel if you're an EE customer, so I was able to use that, but not for the TV...

I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay with your three children and found the flat comfortable. I wish you had notified me about wifi difficulties as soon as it happened, I could have got in touch with my provider straight away to get it fixed and meanwhile easily provided an alternative TV for you.
Cozy apartment equipped with all the amenities you need, featuring beautiful forest views.

So pleased you enjoyed your stay in my flat in Avie'. Yes,
the forest views are great and I hope you managed time to follow the trail to the Craigellachie Nature Reserve behind the flat. I'd love to welcome you again.
A compact flat on the edge of Aviemore so it's very convenient for restaurants, shops etc. There is a Tesco just up the road. The flat is on the 2nd floor, with no lift, so you will need to bear that in mind but it was not a problem for us. There is plenty of parking. Some things could do with updating but it was clean and towels and bedding are provided. We received good check-in instructions in advance plus info on local amenities.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and liked the location in the centre of Aviemore and proximity of amenities. Regarding the lack of a lift, that is made clear in the website particulars.
Convenient to centre of town. Bit neat on toilet roll provision for family of 4. Washing machine but no powder or liquid soap for use especially as advised to be careful in amount to use.

Thank you for your personal email to me, stating how clean and tidy you found the accommodation, adding your apologies for damaging the airfryer. I wish you had also mentioned the items you needed,, which would have been brought to you with pleasure.
Cozy and clean. Great communication with owner. Smoke parking and good location for easy access to local amenities.

I'm sorry I don't recognise this description, I think you must be confusing with somewhere else. The flat is located in a woodland cul-de-sac, certainly not a council estate.
We really enjoyed our stay at the property it is ideally placed with all the local shops and restaurants with in a 5 minute walk. We will definitely be staying again next year

Thank you Steve. I look forward to welcoming you to Avie' again. Jackie
All we were looking for was somewhere comfortable to sleep during the Thunder in the Glens Rally weekend we got that and much more . The flat was clean and comfortable, not only that but close to the Macdonald resort where most of the activities were being held and just a short walk to pubs, restaurants and centre of town. I would certainly book againThank you Jackie

Thank you too. I look forward to welcoming you again.
We had an absolutely lovely stay at Grampian Court. The flat was wonderfully clean and fresh throughout. Everything you could need was there for you, linen, towels, teabags, washing up liquid etc etc and a fully stocked kitchen in terms of cooking for yourself. We found eating out in Aviemore and especially on the mountain to be pricey so it was great to be able to balance that with a bit of home cooking too. Some might find the furniture / decor a little old fashioned but we just found it quite charming. The heating seems to have a scheduled function as well as a boost operation on the electric radiators which we took a day or so to understand. Overall a very pleasant stay and the location was great for Aviemore itself and for getting to the mountain.
