This community has an on-site pool and a toddler pool. Parking is available close to the stairwell leading to the front door of the property. Springwood is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Condo clean and exactly what we were looking for! Unfortunately the pool was not open for swimming! ( Which I think it should be the host responsibility to let people know that it will not be open during their stay!). One of the reasons I rented for a pool for my niece to swim in! Also there was no mention or pictures of stairs to enter the condo! My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and has trouble with stairs! Luckily she managed! ( Again I feel it should be the host responsibility to let people know about things like that)

Enjoyed our condo and the pool a lot. Hilton Head's a special destination! Plenty to do and see. The condo is walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza… and a short drive to many good locations. Only wish there were outside grilles to use on the property. Definitely a high recommendation.

We had a great time at 62 Springwood. It had everything we needed. Loved being walking distance to just about anything. The only drawback were the stairs going to the pool area. Otherwise, we loved it!

Great stay and location

We enjoyed our time at Springwood. We had everything we needed during the stay. We had A/C issues the last day and the property manager had someone out immediately to check it out. The property was not the cleanest, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Nice place older condition

It was perfect for what we needed it for which was sleeping between golfs rounds. Needs some attention and maybe cosmetic upgrades sooner than later. Slept 6 without any issues.

Good sized kitchen and bedrooms. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom! Pool was just a short walk from the unit. About a 12 minute walk to the beach. Exactly what we needed!

Great place to stay overall

Loved the place, the pool was really great! The only thing we would recommend would be that there are instructions out for the dryer as it was nearly impossible to ever get it to run, for the ice machine to be fixed, the floor to be cleaned a little better as it left our feet black on the first night, and for extra blankets be provided around the house. Overall our experience was great, and these minor inconveniences weren’t enough for us to complain to the owners! Truly we did love the place, and would love to stay here again!

Few days beach break

The location of this property is quite convenient, being nestled in a wooded lot, yet minutes via bike/walk to stores, restaurants, and the beach in the Coligny Circle area of the island. The unit is large and clean, with a nice deck that overlooks the pool (easily accessed by a spiral staircase off the deck). For a more secluded stay on HH, some of the plantation properties might be a better option; however, if interested in a nice property that is private yet easily accessible to the portion of the island where there are more activities/conveniences, then this unit is an excellent choice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was great. Spacious,loved having the pool right in front of us. Could bike just about anywhere we wanted to go. Close to the park and childrens museum. The biggest drawback was there was something getting in to our bread and fruit at night. We bought mouse traps thinking that would solve it but it the time we realized it, set traps with no luck, scared it off for a night, moved things it could get to, the week was over so there was no need to contact anyone as far as our stay. I did report it to the rental company afterwards. No pizza cutter and only one dish rag, towel, pot holder set for the kitchen. That's simple stuff that would not deter me from staying again, just bring my own. I would check to see if the pest problem had been taken care of though. Loved the complimentary bikes Seashore/Vayka Gear offered. Absolutely made the trip.

We are very happy to hear that you had such a wonderful time and were very pleased with the unit. I also wanted to apologize for the "Visitors" you had. The construction of the new "Low Country Celebration Park" located just a couple of hundred yards from Springwood has displaced quite a few rodents and unfortunately caused many of the surrounding areas to be affected. Fortunately, pest control has been very proactive in bringing this problem under control and things are now pretty much back to normal in the area including #62 where we have had no further incidents. We hope to see you again next year.

It is a 2nd floor unit so lots of steps right off the bat. Be aware, in March, the pool area is open but the pool is not heated! The hot tub is not filled or operational. The unit itself was clean and well supplied. They responded fairly quickly when we needed additional blankets and a few other maintenance issues. They came to fix a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms but never came back. The kitchen has pretty much everything we needed for any meals. The bathrooms really could all use an over haul but they are functional. It would be nice if they supplied don’t basic beach amenities such as a wagon or chairs but don’t.

Housekeeping is lacking

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, property management is amazing. They responded quickly to our issues -- our front door didn't lock when we left the unit. They had to replace our lock. The ice maker didn't work in our freezer and there were no ice trays in the unit. But, management came and brought us a large bag of ice. After washing a load of laundry, I couldn't get dryer to work. It showed an alert that vent needed to be emptied. It was clean. Management came and told us you had to barely touch the start button to get it to work. If you pressed normally, it wouldn't start. A sign on the wall would've been helpful explaining how to work the dryer. Unit was dirty. I don't know how housekeeping could've missed the layers of dirt on the wall vent in the dining room. After seeing that, we looked at other vents in the unit and they were all dirty. We pulled out couch to access the plug and there was lots of garbage back there. All the baseboards had a healthy layer of dust on them. Now the good. The location was good. It was a short bike ride to the beach. We enjoyed walking to Coligny. We liked the layout of the unit with one master downstairs and another upstairs.

The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and cutlery for our whole group and enough pots, pans etc for us to cook our meals while there. The beach was close enough to walk to (though we did drive and park several times also) and the kids really enjoyed the pool being right outside the back door. We had a great time and will stay here again if available our next trip.

Check in was a breeze, condo looked just as pictured/described online. We really enjoyed the pool and spaciousness of condo. We appreciated the toiletries, dishes, etc. Only thing is it's advertised as walking distance, n for those aren't fit it's a bit of a walk. It's about 17 minutes via walking option on Google maps. Was a simple drive tho. We enjoyed the central location of being able to enjoy not only Hilton head but also shoot over bout an hour to Savannah. I'd deff stay again.

Spring break 1 st of April

Property is in a good location, we could walk or ride to the beach and many stores and restaurants. Condo is clean and has every thing you need. Remember to bring your our laundry soap, dish washer soap and trash bags. None will be supplied. The complex property was not taken care of. We will not be going back to this complex. It was our second time there. First time was Ok. This time it was not. Pool was taken care of, but not heated.

Great Week at Springwood 62 in Hilton Head!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is clear that the owner of Springwood 62 takes some pride in keeping the property well maintained. Other than a balky sliding screen door, everything seemed fresh and new. Very clean and comfortable, it is spacious enough for 6 adults. The number of bathrooms, a full laundry room, a well-stocked kitchen, and a large open dining room/family room make for easy living. The carpeting was clean, but may need replacing soon. This is an upper story property and access from the deck to the courtyard area is via a spiral staircase. May be daunting for older adults and little children at first, but easily adapted to. The community pool/patio area is great and well maintained! Be advised, it isn’t heated!! Also, you need an electronic key card for access. When booking, call Seashore to make sure the key is included. We have been coming to HHI since 1990 and have had the good, the bad, and the ugly in rental properties! This was certainly in a new “very good” category! We would definitely consider renting the property again! The price and location is perfect!
