The villa had been recently modernized and redecorated. The large terrasse at the pool (10,50 x 4.50m) offers enough privacy to bath as you wish. Suited for 3-4 families with children. The villa is located in a guarded resort with a direct access to a semi-private sandy beach. The nearest supermarket is 7 km from the house. Other sandy beaches are 3,5 km from the house. WIFI, available. American Kitchen is fully equipped.
