Phoenix 8 beachfront condo, 2nd floor with X-large balcony.

This upgraded unit is located on the 2nd floor in Phoenix 8 and features LED lighting throughout, 4K Roku QLED TVs with streaming DIRECTV and high speed internet. Includes a special double-sized balcony overlooking the pool/ocean and features a renovated kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need from both a Keurig and a regular coffeemaker for your morning cup of joe to a blender for making that perfect frozen cocktail. Use the washer/dryer in the unit to clean those dirty beach towels. Includes 4K QLED TV's in each room equipped with DirectTV streaming service. Free high-speed WiFi (300 mbps) is provided in the unit and throughout the building.

All bedrooms are equipped with new consumer reports top-rated memory foam beds, USB outlets, and adjoining full bath. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Dining area has a table with seating for six and three additional barstools are available for seating at the kitchen counter.

The extra large gulf-front balcony can be accessed directly from both the master bedroom and the living room and has a table and seating for four, as well as two lounge chairs.

Guests are required by building management to purchase a parking pass for each vehicle upon arrival ($55 per vehicle, once per stay).

Our stay at Phoenix 8 was absolutely wonderful for our last-minute trip to ring in the New Year. The condo was perfect and exactly as described. An added bonus was how incredibly comfortable the master bedroom bed was, which is something you don’t often find in a rental unit. The host was also very easy to work with and responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Loved our stay here even though it was quick, not a very long walk to beach and actually over looks the pool area. Perfect for checking in on the kiddos!

My family has been traveling to Orange Beach for years. My wife and I finally decided it was time to buy our own condo in April 2016 because we love the area so much and try and spend as much time as possible at the beach!

This is an upscale unit with a recently remodeled kitchen, new porcelain tile floors, new Kohler toilets, new master shower, and comfy new beds. Additionally, the extra large balcony is very unique.
