In a very quiet little street, on 800 m² of land (2/3 vehicle parking), a cozy chalet, fully restored in September 2016, by interior designer.

- 1 separate toilet

- ski and boot room, at the foot of the access staircase

Floor:

- Beautiful 35 m² living room, with open kitchen equipped with BOSCH (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine)

- 1 separate WC

- luxury furniture and decoration, 3-sided wood stove

- bay window opening onto a large 30m² terrace (facing south), with garden furniture and deckchairs

- lit track on Pyrenees 2000, at night in season

- snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, snow park, sled dogs
