Cute studio for 2 people on the ground floor with balcony and garden furniture with umbrella, separate toilet, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, flat-screen satellite TV, private parking, free Wifi.
It is located in a family house with two other apartments of which one is rented and in the other inhabit the kind owners.
The owners also have a dog and use the garden near the apartment's terrace.
The apartment is just minutes from the supermarket, petrol station, promenade, restaurants and beach.
The apartment is located in a privileged tourist area, close to the tennis courts where the renowned ATP tennis tournament in Umag has been held for years. The beach and the center of Umag are within walking distance, the promenade just 250 m. The bar by the sea where you can enjoy a tasty coffee in the morning looking at the sea, the boats anchored in the marina and those of the fishermen of Umag. The gas station at 300 m.
The area is very popular with tourists.

* Registration € 7 per person only on the first day to be paid locally on arrival.
* Pets are allowed only for small cuts up to 10 kg, supplement 10 € per day per animal payable locally on arrival.
* Guests are requested to handle the appliances with care.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einer angenehmer Umgebung

Kontakt mit der Agentur verlief problemlos, sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Eine Mitarbeiterin ist mit uns dann zum Mietobjekt gefahren, hat uns dort alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das hatten wir so noch nie......super Service! Die Unterkunft war wie erwartet, klein und schnuckelig. Es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön u.zentral. Man ist zu Fuß relativ schnell in Umag u.am Strand. Wir haben auch viele Ausflüge unternommen, da das Land soviel zu bieten hat. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
