Cute studio for 2 people on the ground floor with a balcony and garden furniture with an umbrella, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower, a full kitchen, flat-screen satellite TV, private parking, and free WiFi.
It is located in a family house with two other apartments, of which one is rented, and in the other the kind owners live.
The owners also have a dog and use the garden near the apartment's terrace.

The apartment is just minutes from the supermarket, petrol station, promenade, restaurants, and beach.
The apartment is located in a privileged tourist area, close to the tennis courts where the renowned ATP tennis tournament in Umag has been held for years. The beach and the centre of Umag are within walking distance; the promenade is just 250 m. The bar by the sea where you can enjoy a tasty coffee in the morning looking at the sea, the boats anchored in the marina, and those of the fishermen of Umag. The gas station is 300 m away.
The area is very popular with tourists.

Es war alles sauber und ordentlich.Ich hätte die Deko Artikel mal ausgetauscht.Die fand ich jetzt nicht so hübsch.Aber Möbel waren modern. Im Bett haben wir gut geschlafen. Schade,dass es keine Spülmaschine gab.Toll war es auch, dass es eine Klimaanlage gab.Die Entfernung zum Strand war super und das Baden dort für mich optimal.Konsum,Restaurants,Eis und Stadtzentrum alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einer angenehmer Umgebung

Kontakt mit der Agentur verlief problemlos, sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Eine Mitarbeiterin ist mit uns dann zum Mietobjekt gefahren, hat uns dort alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das hatten wir so noch nie......super Service! Die Unterkunft war wie erwartet, klein und schnuckelig. Es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön u.zentral. Man ist zu Fuß relativ schnell in Umag u.am Strand. Wir haben auch viele Ausflüge unternommen, da das Land soviel zu bieten hat. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
