About this property

B&B room near S. Pietro / Vaticano with private bathroom

Delightful room located on the first floor in a recently renovated 1960s building 300 meters from the Metro A line (Baldo degli Ubaldi stop) and 100 meters from various BUS lines to the center. Located in a quiet and silent area and in the immediate vicinity of the house you will find supermarkets, bakery, pizzerias, restaurants and a wide selection of shops.

The room consists of a double bed with the possibility of two single beds.
The bathroom is complete with shower, linen, hairdryer and shower / shampoo.
Free WI FI, air conditioning and heating are present.

Interaction with guests
We will personally deliver the house keys upon your arrival and for any urgency or information we will provide assistance as soon as possible.
Always ready to give advice and give useful information about the city. We will also provide free maps to reach the main monuments of Rome.
We offer our guests a paid transfer service from the airports directly to our apartment.

Excellent host. Got us settled in quickly. Very clean.

Host provided a voucher for breakfast at a breakfast bar that was delicious. We had a rental car and found street parking. Also garage parking is nearby. Very safe. Would stay there again.
