West 1005 offers a unique feel with wood tile flooring throughout, high-end, quality furnishings, and an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with surround sound. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, a double oven, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a soaker bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

I would stay here again!

This condo is in an ideal location and easy to come and go to restaurants, grocery, etc. It has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. Our group had four adults and one baby, plenty of room and beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Beautiful 180 degree beach view!

We’ve stayed at Silver Beach Towers many times! Love the friendly beach chair staff, Keith and Bode. Everyone seems so pleasant- the cleaning ladies, check in desk staff, maintenance and James, the night security! The room was clean and nicely decorated! Hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful Condo & great location

We loved our stay at this condo at Silver Beach Towers. Easy check in, clean property, great location in Destin, didn’t feel too crowded even in July and loved having the included beach chairs. Kids enjoyed the beautiful beaches, pool and ice cream offered at the beach hut. The condo is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family. It was a pricey compared to most rentals but we would absolutely stay at this condo again!

Home Away from Home!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo! The view was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony. Everything was just as nice as the pictures. The location was conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. This was a very nice, kid-friendly property. We look forward to returning soon!

Awesome Condo

The communication far exceeded my expectations. The management group updated me daily about our stay and what to expect. The condo was super clean and the view was perfect. It was an easy short distance to get to the beach. I will definitely stay here again! The only negatives were: the condo was very warm when we arrived and the pool and hot tub closed at 10:00 which is very early when you are on vacation with teenagers! Thank you for making are stay enjoyable!!

Our stay was very nice. The room was what we were expecting. It was very clean (which made me happy)

The only complaint I had was the amount of laundry detergent given? Two is fine if it wasn’t up to the guest to wash the laundry otw out. What if you used the two now we have to purchase to make sure the next guests have clean laundry and hope the prior thought the same? But other than that everything was perfect! The master was large the balcony was beautiful the large windows everything was great. Would recommend to anyone.

This property was amazing! It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins play! The beach service was awesome and made going to the beach so easy. The pool was nice and there were plenty of chairs and tables for everyone. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing unit! Looks exactly as the pictures show. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very clean and welcoming. We were able to see lots of dolphins from the amazing balcony. Absolutely breathtaking view and will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

We stayed a week in mid-December. While the weather was a little chilly, it was exactly what we were looking for . The location was perfect for visiting Destin and the view from inside and out was spectacular. I can see where this would be a great warm weather condo also. The beach and pool were just right there....only steps away. Can't wait to reserve this condo again.

Great stay but lacking some clear communication

We loved this condo! The unit, the property, the location were all great. However, the communication about the beach chairs and umbrella was unclear and confusing. Everything said the reservation included these (which it does), but you still have to go online a week before you check in and “reserve” the chairs and umbrella. We did not and were stuck in the third row our entire stay.

Overall we had a great experience but there were several things that were hard to overlook. The lobby has very limited hours and they lock the lobby and you can’t access the beach or other building without going out to parking lot outside. They said it was to keep the lobby safe, what about the safety of your guests having to go out in the parking lot that is accessible to anyone off the street. Our unit was very clean but very dated. The recliner looked like it was from the 70’s. For the premium price you pay for this property they could do much better!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was great, the pool and beach access was good, and the unit was clean and comfortable. The beds were particularly comfortable, and the master bathroom was amazing. We did have a broken leg on the coffee table- it looked like someone had previously tried to hold it together with double sided tape. Check-in and check-out was easy, and having the trash chute was so helpful. I did hear other units had keypads for entry, and I think that's an addition that would be very beneficial- having to juggle 2 keys between all of the members of our party was a pain. Overall, we loved the condo and the beautiful beach. We'd definitely stay here again!

The view was wonderful. Easy access to the pool, hot tub, and beach. Check in was extremely easy. Customer service was excellent. . However, the ice maker was not working when we arrived and was not working when we left. The staff did bring a bag of ice and said we could order more. I don’t feel like we should have to ask for the ice. It should have been provided everyday without calling until ice-maker was repaired. Overall the stay was marvelous and the young lady who checked us in went way above the norm.

Really enjoyed our week in Destin. The weather was great. The beaches are beautiful and the water was perfect. The condo was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable as well. The condo gives everyone a key fob that gives access to and from certain areas. It was also used to gain entrance to the gated parking. It was also easy to come and go. Traffic in Destin can be really bad so it was nice for the entrance to be at a stop light. The condo was very close to Big Kahunas’s water park and a putt putt golf and go cart tracks. And of course most restaurants and some shopping are all within a walk if you wanted to walk Overall a great stay and will definitely try to stay here again in the future.
