Really lovely property that is well maintained and suitably stocked. The only problem is its position. The map shows it far closer to the old town but its genuine position makes it a good 45 minute hike. Great for Maria Pia beach and the Wednesday market though!

We had a really lovely time at the Penthouse Maris. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and more! Modern, well located for the beach, supermarkets, bakery and restaurants plus only twenty minutes walk to Alghero old town. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful modern apartment with exceptional hosts

The apartment is extremely clean and modern with every amenity you could want. Everything works - WiFi, air conditioning, oven, retractable black out blinds. There is so much outdoor space, with really comfortable furniture so you can enjoy sitting outside in the sun or in the shade. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but still close and walkable to the city centre. There are many restaurants within a few minutes walk and a great beach. There are many more beaches within short driving distance. Parking outside the apartment was free and it was very easy to find a spot. The hosts are exceptional. They are so helpful and friendly and even came to our rescue when we had an issue with our hire car. Communication with them is excellent and they are so kind. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave.

We had a wonderful time in Alghero! The apartment is great, very well equipped and Graziella is very kind. Only 5 minutes far from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center.

Wohnung in günstiger Lage
