This duplex terraced house, located in a quiet residence, will allow you to fully enjoy your holidays with the possibility of doing without a vehicle. Located near the village of Sainte-Luce, its typical restaurants and the Gros Raisin beach, you will be able to appreciate the West Indian life "no stress" and meet those whose daily life it is. For walkers, runners, athletes of all levels, the coastline at 200 m is one of the most charming in Martinique with its health trail, its beaches and its coconut palms. Surprises and discoveries will pleasantly enhance your stay. For those who want to land, the pool is there to relax and will delight children. With its three air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and its two bathrooms, up to 6 people can be accommodated and nothing is lacking in the equipment of the house to prepare the fish bought in the morning directly from the fisherman nearby or wash and dry your swimsuit and towel to enjoy the beach you can see from the bedroom. Fancy a little aperitif with friends? Go to the aperitif corner or on the deckchairs where the mango tree will protect you naturally from the sun. The fitness corner will allow you to stay in shape to eliminate the excesses of the previous day.
