95 Rock offers a unique Killington vacation experience. It's hard to say which season is best suited for this secluded home that sits on over 3 private acres with summer in-ground pool and year-round large hot tub. Our perfectly located home is 10 minutes away the Killington Ski Area and the access road with great restaurants and nightlife, 10 minutes from Pico and 3 minutes from the Green Mountain National Golf course. Having both privacy and being able to easily and quickly get to the base lodge or grab a Goombay Smash at The Lookout is hard to come by!

We purchased this home in February 2016 and completely re-furnished and decorated in a rustic cabin vibe (including our 5' 5" chainsaw bear that greets you when you walk in). We have rented homes with large groups many times in the Killington area and took everything we had learned from those experiences when designing and furnishing this home. We very often use this home ourselves, and our main goal is having a comfortable and fun stay for everyone in the group by making sure there are enough beds, seating and space for each guest. This large home boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, currently sleeping 12 with new regulations with multiple configuration options. The full hallway bathroom upstairs was renovated in 2022 and the master bathroom in 2024. This home also offers a dining room which has enough seating for the whole group and friends! No need for eating dinner in shifts or in separate areas - everyone can enjoy a meal at the end of the day together by the fireplace.

Our home is perfect for entertaining and enjoying your family and friends with a large eat-in kitchen equipped with a Wolf 6-burner gas range, Brand new 2021 Liebherr fridge, under counter beer fridge and many different sitting areas to hang out with your group. The kitchen opens into a living room area that has a 50 inch LED Samsung Frame Smart TV that connects to the fabulous screened in porch. There is also a den that has a 50 inch LED smart TV next to a large open deck with grill. The basement has a 60 inch LED smart TV with Bose surround sound with a couch that can seat up to 13 people comfortably, fireplace, pool table and a workout room. Wi-Fi is top of the line for simultaneous streaming on the smart TVs and video conferencing for work. There are two Sonos Soundbars on the main floor for perfect music listening.

My family and I had a nice stay, while we had a couple issues the host was very accommodating to help resolve them quickly. The house was beautifully decorated and had a lot of things to offer as far as things to do or things you may need. It had a vibe for a woods type theme but modern living. Close enough to get things at a store but tucked away on a back road to have peace and quiet with pleanty of privacy.

So nice to have the pool to cool off in. We seemed to have picked the hottest week to be there. House is well equipped and flows well. Porches could use a good cleaning as well as the window sills, but overall it accommodates big families well.

Great Ski House

We had an excellent time at 95 Rock. The house was comfortable for three families with plenty of entertainment for the kids. Kitchen was particularly well stocked. Great location near Killington that made getting back and forth to the mountain convenient. Owners were responsive and friendly.

Perfect ski getaway

We had a great week for skiing! The place was more than enough room for two families of 4 (4 adults, 4 kids). Very well equipped for basic needs and entertainment. Very reasonable to access Killington/Pico. Hosts very communicative. Would highly recommend and return!

perfect 4th of july weekend

We sincerely enjoyed our stay in Killington! Our group of friends spent the weekend of the 4th and it was great - we would definitely book again! Communication and check-in was seamless. The location of the house was perfect - secluded but not a far drive from shops and restaurants.

Great Year-Round Property!

The house was a perfect space for my family to gather together, ages ranged from infant through adults and everyone had a great time! The pool and hottub were both amazing and in great shape, the fully stocked kitchen and tons of extra towells made things so easy to feel right at home. I can’t say enough positives about Greg as a host, super responsive and beey helpful for any information about the house / area.

Great for a group

Our extended family stayed at this great house for a long weekend in Killington. It’s an easy drive to the mountain and is situated on a beautiful property. The bedrooms are spacious - especially the primary, and there are 3 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room table is HUGE and perfect for your whole group to be able to enjoy a meal together. There are heated mats leading to the hot tub which were great so we didn’t have to shovel a path after it snowed. Check-in was painless and the hosts were very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Killington!

Absolutely Wonderful

My family rents a house every year for a family ski weekend. This was by far the best house we have rented so far! It was roomy, functional & very clean. Great chefs kitchen stocked with spices and misc. items. The dining room plenty big enough for my entire family to enjoy meals, and the small table in the kitchen great for game play! The beds were comfortable and cozy. The play room was great for the little ones! We will definitely be back!

Relaxing spot - great for a big group!

We had a great time at Greg and Danielle's place! It is remote enough to feel disconnected yet close to everything you need. The pool is fantastic, we spent every afternoon lounging there. The yard is beautiful and the surrounding woods a dream for 4 kids under the age of 10. Owners were extremely responsive and accessible with any questions we had. We would love to go back in the winter too! Thank you for your hospitality!

Cute, Cozy & Convenient Winter Getaway

Danielle & Greg were the most amazing host! Their beautiful home was the perfect set up for my friends and I to enjoy a ski weekend! The house was in a perfect spot and close to town allowing us to do some exploring. Due to some severely cold temperatures, Danielle & Greg were very generous & flexible with check in/out allowing us to maximum our getaway! A Cozy Retreat That Feels Like Home

What an absolute joy it was to stay in this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The house was filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable—sunny mornings in the kitchen, quiet evenings on the porch, and the most peaceful nights of sleep.The built-in pool was a favorite spot for everyone. And when the sun went down, the fire pit became the heart of the backyard—perfect for roasting s’mores and sharing stories under the stars.Inside, the home was spacious and thoughtfully laid out. There was plenty of room for everyone, with comfortable beds and generous living space that never felt crowded. One of the highlights? The downstairs area, where our whole family—all 11 of us!—gathered to watch a movie together.Communication with the owners was incredibly easy and smooth. They were kind, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our visit. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

We got married in October 2015 and quickly decided to move on to our next adventure together and bought our Killington vacation home in February 2016 while living in NYC. We live in Monmouth County NJ and love escaping to the mountains for relaxation and fun.

Why they chose this property

We have always loved escaping to Killington with a big group of friends or family. We loved how this home was quiet and secluded but also very close to skiing, restaurants and nightlife (You can only see one home during the winter and none in the summer). We also loved how much space this home gave us to work with. When designing this home, we not only wanted to accommodate a large group, but we wanted it to be comfortable for everyone.
