A luxury and relaxed destination, 10 minutes from Montego Bay Airport.
Enjoy your own 2 bedroom / 3 full bathroom, 1400 SF Penthouse in a gated direct beach front setting.

This well appointed and comfortable Penthouse is located on the 10th floor.
It features two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a third full bath and a spectacular 200 SF balcony overlooking the ocean and the coastline.

The residence is beautifully decorated with modern colonial - caribbean style furnishings.

The 1400 sf spacious apartment is part of a multi- level building and has all modern amenities with a direct view of the water and the beach.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch cook top, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all necessities to prepare your own meal.

The master bathroom has double sinks, a shower, a bathtub overlooking the ocean, with sliding doors open to the terrace.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also direct access to the balcony.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the apartment is fully air conditioned.
WiFi, Cable TV's in all rooms and DVD Player are available.

The sofa can be converted to a sleeper bed. A full third bathroom is available for guests.

The unit has a Bosch washer / dryer and HDTV flat screen TV's in all rooms.

The apartment can comfortably host five persons.

Great getaway!

The condo was everything it claimed to be, and all the reviews are well deserved. They connected with a chef who made our meal the first night and we enjoyed all the resort amenities. We plan to be back! It was a great place to stay.

Resort stay with gorgeous beach

This property was situated in a lovely resort. The amenities are excellent. You overlook the crystal clear water. The actual apartment is spacious, well equipped for cooking and had everything we needed. We did not opt in for all inclusive but the drinks and food are ok. Jerk chicken was amazing. The staff were kind and appeared genuinely happy to be there. I would defintely return here if we come back. Special thanks to our property manager who was responsive and informative.

Resort life with room to stretch!

We enjoyed our week in Jamaica - plenty of room in the unit for our family of four. Having a kitchen was a delight as we opted against the all inclusive hotel option. Use of the beach, restaurants and the rest of the amenities was easy, convenient and lovely. The balcony was huge and provided a wonderful ocean view.

Stayed for a week with my mom and sister. Lots of room and beautiful view. We bought some groceries which the host picked up for us beforehand and had ready for us and then did a la carte for dinners the food on the resort was amazing and I would say worth doing the all inclusive if you can. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation

My family and I had a great time at this property. The check-in process took a long time, but we were very happy with service from our host. We appreciate the service provided by our host which contributed to our great time. Just one issue at the end, the hotel did not allow my guests to enter the property which was quite unfortunate for us. I would stay at this property again.

We stayed at the Condo for my sons 16th Birthday..Our stay was great!! The view was amazing!! We had no issues except for one tv but, that was fixed immediately.. They even left my son a Birthday cake it was so nice and very thoughtful❤.. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

Fabulous Stay in Montego Bay!

My husband, myself and our 3 boys had a fabulous stay in this condo. It was perfect for our family and gave us flexibility to have our own kitchen. The condo was well stocked and met all of our needs. The resort was awesome and the amenities were great. The best part is the personal support and attention we received from the hosts. Everything from helping us figure out our transportation to recommending great restaurants/activities to providing us real time information when the resort was having issues with their air conditioning. Everything was perfect!

Perfect condo for a family vacation in paradise

We loved staying in this condo. There was plenty of room for us to sprawl out without feeling cramped. The condo is oceanfront and every window and balcony provide a front row view. We did not partake in the all inclusive option and instead had the driver take up to the store upon pickup, we ate breakfast and coffee in the room and lunch/dinner out. We saved a lot doing it this way. The resort is beautiful, the staff was amazing, and we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

Fantastic stay

I really enjoyed staying in this condo. The view and grounds of the resort are amazing. The room matched the description. The beds are very comfortable and the linen is sparkling clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. I want to note the decor of the apartment - everything is done with great taste and with care for the convenience of guests. The balcony was my favorite spot - view of the pool and ocean! There are several restaurants to choose from. We didn't buy the all inclusive pass, but came a couple of times for breakfast, the breakfast buffet cost $25 per person. It is very convenient that you can use the hotel restaurants. Lots of entertainment for kids and adults. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I would visit again!

Everyone in our group enjoyed this property. The resort with the option to pay as you go was perfect for us, as we went out exploring several days. Sedrick the taxi was so nice and rates were half of the one the hotel booked for us. Just ask the host for his info. Host was so responsive to any questions we had. The ocean front balcony was probably our favorite part, we sat for morning coffee and evening drinks everyday, several nights could even hear music from the beach parties. Beds were comfy! Food at the resort was great and also an evening out to pier 1 was fun, recommend getting there early for a sunset! Thank you again to the host for a great stay for our vacation, we will be sure to return next time we visit!

Great location & beautiful property!

The property is just as pictured and the staff was amazing! The host is also very responsive & thoughtful! We were celebrating birthdays & the host left a delicious chocolate cake for us in the refrigerator. If you can, spurge & get the all-inclusive package. It’s pricey, but worth it in the long run… We did have to nudge the staff to refill the refrigerator with beverages each time they were needed. Although you pay a fee for housekeeping, it’s only for clean-up at the end of your stay. Even getting fresh towels were extra. Luckily there were plenty already in the suite. Overall, a great stay at this beautiful. I would highly recommend it!

Jamaican Family Getaway

This property is situated in a superb resort with amazing beach/ocean views. Having two bedrooms, a kitchen, and laundry were perfect for our family's needs. We enjoyed the balcony, family dinners together, and movie and game nights. Using all the resort activities was a nice option when we were not venturing. The driver we had to pick us up from the airport was also wonderful and helped us throughout the week. We had a few challenges during the stay (we needed extra blankets and a couple of maintenance items), but the host quickly responded and resolved the matters. A small recommendation would be for instructions on the appliances (stove, microwave, laundry), as we were unfamiliar with the brands but ultimately figured it out. Overall, it was a great property, clean, well-maintained, and safe, and we would recommend it to our friends and family looking for a getaway.

Great location and property

We stayed at this unit for a family vacation. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and having the air conditioner was wonderful since it was very hot during our stay. The unit could use some updating especially a new pull out couch but overall we were very happy with our stay. The balcony view was incredible. We had a little snag which was not letting them know we were going to be using the sleeper couch and did not have clean sheets. This was promptly rectified with the property manager. We did not do the all inclusive because we did excursions and bought groceries. This worked out very well for us. The resort itself was beautiful and we loved staying here. We are beach people so we mostly stayed at the beach. The jerk chicken was great! We used Josephine as our driver and she was wonderful. She took us where we needed and was very responsive. I highly recommend using her to get around. She is a great driver and had a very comfortable van. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

I recently stayed at this property to celebrate my 15th anniversary with my Wife and children, and I must say that I was blown away by the host's attention to detail and dedication to making our stay extra special. When we arrived, we were surprised to find a beautifully prepared fruit platter and a banner with balloons to celebrate our special occasion. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made our stay even more memorable. Throughout our stay, the host was incredibly communicative and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with our stay, which was truly appreciated. Despite encountering a minor issue during our stay, the host was quick to respond and resolve the issue immediately, which demonstrated their commitment to ensuring their guests have the best experience possible. Overall, we had an amazing time at this property and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and rent this property again, as the host's hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay a memorable one. Amazing birthday behavior

Let me tell y'all I had the most amazing experience staying in this unit It was the views for me!!!! From the time I booked, I was in contact with francis. She was on point with everything. Responded promptly, communication was clear and gave me some great connections. She made my birthday so special. We loved it so much my friends and i stayed an extra night. Which she accomadated at the last min. She set up transportation from the airport to amd from the resort. Sedric was there when we arrived holding a sign with my name on it and an Umbrella due to rain. I knew my trip was going to bomb then. Transportation is expensive so use her people for a discounted rate. Then let me tell you about the cook she connected me with. Her name is Michele. You definitely want to book her for your stay. She fit right in with the me and my girls. She met me at the unit, went to the geocery store, prepared the meals and cleaned up. That wasn't it she brought me a Birthday gift, which i thought was so sweet. She even went the extra mile and did a photoshoot for us. She took over the show and her energy was unmatched. I truly couldn't ask for a better experience. 10/10 HANDS DOWNMy only suggestion is to BOOK ASAP!!!
