It consists of a living room (with air conditioning) + kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with 3 single beds, two of them bunk. Bathroom with shower + an additional external hot shower for exclusive use of the house.
It is surrounded on 3 sides by a comfortable terrace with parasol, table and chairs both on the sea front and on the back for pleasant outdoor breakfasts.
The house is located right in the center of the Lungomare, at equal distance from San Giovanni di Sinis on the left and the Natural Oasis of Seu on the right, reachable on foot from the house in about 15 minutes.

Both the walk towards San Giovanni, through the dunes, and that towards Seu along a small path along the beach, offer extraordinary scenery.

Going towards San Giovanni it will surprise you to come across the so called "Ballroom", a space set among the rocks where the young people of the nearby village of Cabras once used to organize their graduation parties and which in reality was a ancient Roman quarry.

Towards Seu instead, where the wheat fields studded with red poppies, at the beginning of summer almost touch the sea water, following a small dirt road you can enter among the perfumes of the flowers and plants of the Oasis where the time has really stopped
