This property was ideally located for staying and getting around Grand Cayman. It was as advertised, clean and a nice place to return to after our daily travels.
It was a great clean and nice place with lots of space for us. The kitchen and washrooms were well equipped and there was nice spaces both inside and outside to sit. The location worked well for doing many things on the island. We had a great time and everything was set up really nicely for us to have a great time. Communication was good but we really didn’t need much as things were set up well. They gave us lots of info on the island and places to eat etc as well. We would definitely stay here again. Many Thanks.
Excellent property management and overall great stay for the price. Arguably better island locations exist, but the likely cost difference would only be worth it if searching for an ideal beach or activity-centered location. Car needed to get to larger beaches, grocery/shopping, and island attractions, but perfect for our stay.
Amazing property with beautiful sea views across the street.
My family and I had an amazing vacation week at this property. It had all the necessary amenities, and having amazing sea views right across the street was a plus, water Boyz liquor store was only a 5 minute drive from the property which was also a plus. Definitely would recommend this rental for any family visiting Grand Cayman.
We had a pleasant stay at this condo. The check in process was well instructed and the communication with manager (super accommodating) was easy, always responded on a timely fashion. The apartment was a bit dated and refrigerator had a humming noise. Overall, the place feel very homey and everything was functional. Location was away from the busy town, which we liked.
This apartment was nice. It is outdated and really should have some updates. It had a limited stock of kitchen items, but it worked. The master bedroom needs a new mattress. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the ocean across the street was very convenient. A big thank you to our host Lily.
Upon arriving to Cayman, my colleague and I got the rental car and drove the half hour to our VRBO. We followed the directions to enter a code into the key lock box and it opened. My colleague opened the door and to our shock, there were people staying there already. They apparently had a reservation as well and had been there days already, with another couple to go. I contacted the local contact number that was provided, and then was put into contact with the owner. He asked me where I booked and I told him VRBO and he said he didn't have a VRBO account, or my reservation. After speaking for a bit more, he realized that his colleague who helps with booking may have an account and there may have been a miscommunication. I asked if he could follow up otherwise I'd have to assume that I was scammed and dispute the charge with my credit card company. With nowhere to stay, being on the island, the only option was to stay at one of the absurdly expensive resorts. I went onto the other website, the competitor of this one and found another property, available for the same dates. I booked it and sent a message to the owner explaining this whole situation. As I was getting ready to book one night at the Marriott, she called me back and said to give her an hour to have people come by to look the place over one time. It actually worked out to be a great mistake because the place we actually did stay ended up being so much nicer and within walking distance of 7 mile.
This was a utilitarian place to stay, within easy commute of East End, Rum Point, and Georgetown. The beach across the street is not exceptional unless you want to look for coral and see the sun rise and set.

Bodden Town rental
The location encourages you to explore the island. Road is very busy. Kayaks are great but the beach area is really not swimable due to sinking in mud....hard to get deep enough. Property manager very attentive and quickly resolved ant issues. Clean comfortable though a little dated.
Excellent rental. Everything was exactly as described. Good location if you're wanting to explore the whole island. Quick response from owners as well as the property manager. A perfect fit for us.

Great location
The condo was great. Perfect location. Owners are easy to deal with. Everything we need was there. We did find the highway loud. Ended up sleeping in the single beds in the back room as it was quieter.

FABULOUS HOLIDAY
Great location for access to the whole island! The condo itself felt like a home away from home - well equipped, spacious and very clean.
Snorkeling gear is included, as well as kayaks across the street. We enjoyed morning kayaks before heading off for a day out on the beach.
We hope to be back soon!!!

What an amazing place!
The condo is comfortable, clean and very spacious. The communication prior to arrival was quick and clear with every message sent. The self check in process was very convenient and easy. We loved the location of the condo and really enjoyed being away from the chaos of the cruise ship side of the island (7 mile beach / George Town) but easily reachable to both sides of the island. There were grocery stores and local restaurants that were great to check out. The snorkelling off the beaches in that area were fantastic as well. We would love to stay at the condo again if we get the chance to return to Grand Cayman in the future.
Totally recommended!!!
