Come experience the vacation of a lifetime when you stay in this beautiful 3rd. floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit at SeaSpray East! This luxury complex is situated upon an immaculate stretch of the Gulf Coast, where miles of sugar-white sands give way to shimmering emerald waters and endless horizons, creating an idyllic setting for an unforgettable vacation!

This unit provides open access to all of the spacious entertaining spaces. The living room features a plush sofa. The beautiful dining area has seating for four around the dining table and more seating that the breakfast bar. The kitchen hosts ample prep space and updated appliances.

Perhaps the best feature of the living room, the sliding glass doors open directly to the Gulf front terrace. You’ll be greeted by the soft sea breeze and immediately transported into a state of sheer serenity when you sit and delight in the splendor of the Gulf’s perfection.The terrace is truly one of a kind!

The master is the perfect restful retreat, with a plush king bed. The master bathroom features 2 granite vanities allowing for plenty of counter and cabinet space. The second bedroom is filled with queen bed and a second bath. Including the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests!

PLEASE NOTE:

*** Please Note: Available East units have been fully renovated and cleared for safe occupancy per local authorities following a recent building fire. Surrounding units are still under repair and could cause occasional noise, though we have no way to time it and do not know the extent day by day. Please be cautious of these changes.

* Please note: The condo charges for parking passes on site. Pricing is subject to change and controlled by the property. Luxury Coastal Vacations has no control over this.

• Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. Must be completed 2 weeks prior to arrival. If you are arriving in less than two weeks, you are not eligible to bring a boat and/or trailer (when applicable).

We had a great stay at Seascape East 323! The condo was clean and looked exactly as pictured on vrbo. The beach wasn’t overcrowded by the condo which was nice. We will definitely be back!

Love the Sand & Surf!!

The condo was very nice. Very roomy. The sliding door from the living room was very hard to open so we used the bedroom door to go out to the balcony. The sand and water was gorgeous. The water was so clear! Weather was great the entire time. We had a great vacation there and will probably return again soon! Thank you.

We arrived and the condo had not been cleaned and we had to wait for them to send someone to clean but they did so quickly. The washing machine was broken but was quickly addressed. The location and amenities were great. I would recommend

We found the bed in the master bedroom to be a little hard for our comfort. We mentioned it to the management and before the end of the day, we had a 2" mattress pad installed on the bed. It was such a relief for us old people with arthritic hips and we slept so well. Thank you for being so responsive.

Great spot/ construction

Everything was great and as advertised. Only the construction issue put a damper on things as we were told this would be going on in the other building during our stay. Not only was this not the case but work crew set up directly outside our door with two large generators that were extremely loud. So sleeping in was not an option.

Nice condo and clean except for the plastic food storage bowls. They looked as if they had been put up dirty. Greasy spaghetti sauce stuff i several of them so we ended up washing dishes when we got there. The office is not open on the weekends although it was in the paperwork they send you before arriving that they were. Otherwise, we know differently now but were still pleased with the condo.

Nice place for a quick weekend getaway

I would have given it five stars but there was a few negatives which we didn’t realize. Master bathroom only has a shower, no soaking tub. Second room has no tv which we like to watch tv while first going to sleep. And we like to bbq in the evenings but the pits was a drive down the street so we cooked our steaks in the room. Other than that the place was clean and I’d recommend it if you’re ok with no soaker tub, no bbq pit on grounds or room tv in guest room. Other then that it’s a nice place and very clean.

PERFECT Beach Access and View!

Condo is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. We couldn't have ask for a better view or convenient access to the boardwalk and beach. PERFECT! Perdido Key is not over crowded, very relaxing.There were a couple of minor problems - Ice dispenser did not work and made a terrible grinding noise when you tried to use it. DVD player made a loud buzzing noise so it wasn't possible to watch a movie. Neither of these things bothered us enough to ruin our trip. But hopefully they can repaired for future renters. We for sure want to come back!

Beautiful condo with amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico

The condo itself is beautiful. Everything you will need for the week. We have been renting condo's for our family vacation for the last 11 years and this was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The ONLY negative is the blind in the master bedroom needs to be changed to a room darkening shade. I was up each morning by 7am. This is a low cost fix that I know others have remarked about. Other than that, the condo is very nice. The SeaSpray complex itself is very basic. We would have liked to have had umbrellas and tables and chairs around the pool area. There is no shade at the pool during the day. Like i said very basic, but nice enough. We would definetly recommend this unit. It is really nice.

Condo Unit 323

The condo was nice, the beach front view was great, however, I had two issues. 1)The master bedroom window blind needs to be changed to blackout curtains so that you can sleep in on your vacation, otherwise, you'll get woke up every morning at 6:30am with the sunrise. 2)The owner has the thermostat locked at 68%. After I complained they finally allowed me to lower the thermostat.

Spring Break Family Trip

Our family (2-adults and kids 9 & 7) had a great time at the condo. The views off the balcony are amazing. It was super easy to get to the beach and clean off when coming back. We rented the cabanas for the week just off the boardwalk to make the week even easier. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use. The whole unit was clean and comfortable Also the condo was close to everything from groceries to restaurants but was still far enough away from Orange beach that night time was quiet. We will definitely be staying again.
