Villa detached in a complex of traditional architecture, built with stone on a hillside rocky slope overlooking the vast Cretan sea. In front of the house there are two rocky beaches, one with huge plane trees and a natural spring of water and mountains stretching out to the sea, the "Panagia Faneromeni" monastery, the gorge of "Agioi Pantes" etc. The city of Sitia is 6 Km away, where you will find shops, supermarkets, traditional taverns, bars and sandy beach.

The traditional architecture of the area with large outdoor yards, built on the hillside in the beauty of the wild landscape of Cretan land, combined with the endless blue of the sea that stretches in front of you makes the place unique. House: kitchen with stove-oven-coffee maker-toaster-kitchen utensils - table -4 chairs-1 sofa - 1 double bed - furniture with mirror-desk with 1 chair. Enormous private yards and space with wood oven, barbecue and fridge.
