Apartment ground floor to garden with private terrace and pool. A few meters (approx200m) from Fenals Beach, in a familiar residence, in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for couples or families and not appropiate for partys or noisy people.
The space
Floor apartment with spacious private terrace garden. A room with double bed (140cmx190cm), plus a large sofa bed (125cmx180cm) in the living room.
Fully equipped kitchen (cookers, dishes, cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave, small appliances ... etc).
Guest access
Access to the garden area and two swimming pools from 9am to 10pm. Pleasant area to enjoy the sun and bath just in front of the terrace (same level but not direct acces) Play ball or inflatable matress and play music it's forbiden.
Interaction with guests
The apartment has a nice and green terrace you can enjoy it privatly. It's ideal for relax and enjoy the nice weather but not appropriate for partys, barbacues, or make noise. It is a family residential where respect for neighbors is important!
Other things to note
Free WIFI at home. TV and play station 4.
Nearby is the beach of Fenals (5 minutes walk), but also other beautiful beaches around. At the apartment there is lot tourist information and I also can give some good advices.
The apartment is delivered very clean with sheets and towels.
Could be available a CarParking, only asking in advance and taking an extra cost of € 50 weekly payable in cash at the arrival day.
