Gorgeous view

An absolutely stunning location. We loved having breakfast and a sunset drink at the lanai with an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean. The condo was very comfortable, albeit the kitchen could do with a re-model (but no biggie). Absolutely loved our stay at Wailea Elua. We will be back…

Lovely property with very thoughtful amenities. At far end of Elua so a bit of a walk to beach with my knee issues.

Slice of Paradise!

This unit is in the back of the complex, but because it is on a hill, it has perfect views of the ocean for sunset and moonset! We left with about 50 photos of dusk and dawn if you want proof. Nothing better than sitting on the lanai and enjoying coffee or a meal. The complex is lush, well maintained and guarded 24/7. Nice beach chairs, small cooler and towels made available in the condo. Very comfortable stay!

Amazing! The view was spectacular!

The view was spectacular, no one bothered us, it was sometimes noisy at night on the lanai from the resort next door having luau's and some road noise at times but other than that it was truly amazing! We felt safe and secure with the 24 hour security and we hardly saw anyone else, we'll never go back to staying at busy hotels! No waiting for check in and our car was right outside the door and ice cream was a 5 minute walk away along with restaurants and lots of shopping and the beach and snorkeling was perfect right in front of the resort, couldn't ask for anything more!

Amazing place!! Beautiful beautiful! Gorgeous views, excellent location! Quick walk down to the beach. Great communication from the property mngt people. Was kept very clean with all amenities. Wifi was great. Few things that can be improved - indicate the light switches as there are a lot, the small bathroom shower made a loud noise while running, needs to be fixed/replaced. Also could do with an exhaust in this bathroom. Overall wonderful property, we had a fantastic stay!

Beautiful views and spacious; well-managed

The condo has plenty of space, both inside and out. Internet and TV worked great. The kitchen is pretty good size for a condo and is well equipped (except we couldn't find a sharp knife anywhere). The condo furnishings are a bit dated in places. The management agency was wonderful. They met us at the condo to check in, provided daily towel service and full service every 3 days. Wailea Elua is on the two mile long oceanfront walk, which we used every morning. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops. The one negative is that some employees of the adjacent Andaz Resort are not very considerate. The portion of their parking lot that is closest to the Elua condo is apparently used for trucks and employee parking. They were making a lot of noise loading trucks with equipment at 10:30pm one night and an employee arrived at 6am playing his well amplified car stereo. Fortunately, these annoyances only happened a few time during our two week stay.

There were some problems...

Others have noted that the property is a bit dated, and it is, but that didn’t bother me. It was fine, and the views are great. But there were some serious problems that caused us a great deal of inconvenience, and the property manager did a very poor job of addressing them. I’m not inclined to book through Ali’i Resorts again.
