Located in the center of Pra-Loup station in 1600.
Inside the shopping mall, in the immediate vicinity of the slopes, the centers of interest of the resort Praloup1600, in front of the snow garden (ESF school of piou piou) and 5 minutes walk from the roundabout tracks.
Private ski box on the ground floor An elevator allows people with reduced mobility to access the apartment.



Description: Located in the building Miramont, an entrance by the shopping mall, an entrance by the garage, we offer a very nice apartment of 85m ² for 6/8 people on the 3rd floor with balcony balcony facing south and views of the center from the resort and the 'Sugar Loaf', with 3 separate bedrooms with two of them overlooking the Ubaye valley and the mountains. One bedroom with double bed 140, a bedroom with double bed 160, a dormitory room with 4couchages (2ppressed)
