Beautiful duplex apartment on the ground floor in Cambrils, located very close to the sandy beach. The complex has a community pool for adults and another for children. The apartment offers a very well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and other cooking utensils. The living room is very large and has a direct access to the large terrace with views and direct access to the pool. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two terraces. The parking space is included in the price. In summer season and within walking distance, you will find a playground perfect for children. Very quiet and family area. At the entrance you must pay in cash 70 euros for cleaning per stay (includes sheets and towels). Direct deal with owners, we are at your disposal for any questions. Regards!
