About this property

Room inside La Valle House

Independent studio recently built according to the criteria of bio-construction and energy saving. Independent cottage and not far from the main house where the owners live.

The studio has a large living room with an equipped kitchenette; of a double bed and a bathroom.

From mid-June, July and August, free use of the swimming pool 5 minutes by car. Extraordinary panorama over the Tiber valley between Perugia and Gubbio.

All around so much countryside and nature and a few kilometers by car, the beautiful cities of Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Unterkunft in den wunderschönen umbrischen Bergen, sehr zentral zu den meisten umbrischen Attraktionen, trotzdem ländlich und ruhig. Durch die Berglage weniger heiß als im Tal. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns als Selbstversorger dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Schwimmbad gut erreichbar.
