GREAT HOUSE WITH LARGE SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN

The house is situated in a quiet residential area with a nice view of the Atlantic Ocean. Pointe Jacob is within the Cap-Est area 7 kms south of François.

Guests can enjoy their meals and relax in the shelter of the spacious veranda entirely surrounding the house. The charcoal barbecue is very easy to use.

All the rooms are very spacious and very well appointed. Ceiling heights range from 3 to 5 meters.

The house is centrally located on the island at the heart of a multitude of activities: Golf of Trois Ilets, North of the island, Mount Pelée, South of the island, Salines beach, etc…

Excellent séjour dans la villa fleur, maison typique, spacieuse, pleine de charme et très bien conçue pour vivre dehors du matin au soir, même à l’intérieur. Villa conforme à l’annonce et aux photos en ligne, communication avec notre hôte très agréable et sympathique, conciergerie CAP Hestia sur place avec Amélie qui anticipe votre arrivée, est d’une grande gentillesse et disponibilité avant et pendant votre séjour. Nous recommandons pour de très belles vacances en famille.

Nous avons séjourné un mois dans cette maison. Nous étions 3 couples et 3 enfants (4 ans, 2 ans et 9 mois). La maison, la piscine et le cadre est parfait pour de belles vacances. Le logement mérite quelques rafraîchissements (infiltration dû aux pluies qui ne dépendent pas du proprio bien sur !).Amélie qui gère le bien est une personne formidable et d’une réactivité extraordinaire ! Merci encore milles fois pour les conseils et votre bienveillance.

Magnifique maison

Très grande maison magnifique, le contact avec Amélie fut très agréable. La maison dispose de tout et la piscine est top. S’il faut juste faire une remarque, ce serait pour suggérer des moustiquaires sur les lits. Pour le reste, c’est un séjour de rêve.

Superbe villa avec beaucoup d'espace . Nous sommes allés 10 jours avec des amis et enfants. Salle de bain complète dans chaque chambre (très apprécié). Table extérieure, tout près de la cuisine, idéale pour le déjeuner. Le terrain est très bien entretenu et la piscine également. Beaucoup d'espace de rangement dans les chambres. Très bon service de la part de la gestionnaire de l'hébergement. Je recommande fortement cette villa. Il y a également une petit épicerie tout près (pour dépanner) avec une superbe vue! Merci!

A réserver les yeux fermés !

Superbe villa avec grande terrasse donnant sur une belle piscine avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Les chambres sont très confortables, avec des rangements et une salle de bain chacune. La location est parfaite pour visiter le sud comme le nord de l'île. On a beaucoup apprécié la réactivité et les bons conseils du propriétaire et de la personne qui s'occupe de la maison.

Tres belle et grande maison(environ 220m2),endroit magnifique avec vue sur mer. 4 grandes chambres avec placards et/ou dressing et salle de bains complete(chacune un wc).immense terrasse abritee ou l on vit meme si li y a un grand salon.belle piscine.garage 4 voitures(type Clio) Gaelle qui assure la conciergerie tres sympa et efficace. Seul mininregret:l ouvre-boire qui n ouvre rien

Maison idéale pour nous Ensemble sans se marcher dessus et agréable à vivre avec la sensation d'être seuls au milieu d un quartier résidentiel .En plus l'accueil était très très très agréable . On reviendra!
