Serene paradise in the North West Woods of East Hampton. Near Sammy's Beach (fantastic sunsets) and Three Miles Harbor (kayaking, paddle boarding). Perfect area for bikers.

Very private 1,5 acre lot at the end of a cul de sac property. The property has an over sized (40 x 24) heated pool surrounded, a spa for 7, a huge deck with plenty of seating and benches plus matured landscaping.

House is a traditional saltbox, newly renovated. Modern interior, custom made kitchen. Ideal for cooking and entertaining. Kitchen is fully equipped. There are sheets, towels and beach towels as well as 5 bicycles,

Wonderful stay!

This was my family's second time staying at this property. Heiko was beyond accommodating and easily contacted throughout our stay. We traveled with 7 adults, a toddler, baby and dog and had a fantastic time. The pool was warm and we stayed in it all day. The house was beyond clean. Beautiful house and lovely memories were made!

Amazing Home!

We spent a quick weekend at this home and it was absolutely perfect. The property and pool are quite large and the home itself is fully stocked with everything one may need. The photos are accurate and the home is well kept and clean. We will absolutely return in the future.

Sticker shot on the cost, until one starts to shop around and realizes the value of the place. (East Hampton in August reminds ya of the old Yogi Berra line: "Nobody goes there anymore, it's too crowded.")The host clearly understands how to enhance the experience of the house and grounds and quickly responds to every inquiry. I highly recommend.

Beautiful property

This secluded property is heavenly. Personally, I always look for accessibility. The house has two bedrooms and one bath on first floor which is excellent. The other bedrooms are up steep stairs. The entry was quite challenging. Pool is super. The kitchen is well equipped to cook just about anything. This home would be great for families.

A beautiful gem

Spent Memorial Day weekend with my family at this beautiful house which we booked last minute. It which made us feel so at home and so relaxed. Great decor, super clean, well organized, cozy absolutely adorable. The pool made the weekend even more exciting for the kids, and the outdoor environment was my favorite place to sit and enjoy my coffee. Heiko the owner of the house was very helpful, very communicative, always ready to answer any questions that we had during our stay. We hope to come back!

Family stay in the Hamptons

We had a very nice time. The house was adequate. The pool was wonderful. It’s was not made clear to us that the upstairs bathroom is a shared bathroom. Also on a couple of occasions there were spiders in our room and in the bathroom tub. Also disappointing was the fact that beach permits were not included. So there was no place we could go to the beach. VRBO and/ or the owner should make this clear to future renters. Beach permits are not included, and they are not available for purchase during your stay. So in affect, you cannot access any of the beaches during normal 9-5 hours.

Home for the weekend

It was a lovely experience staying at this house. It was for my moms 80th birthday and she had a great time! The house was a lovely place. The owner was easy to get in touch with regarding any help that we needed.

Perfect home for our stay

I've stayed in a many rentals in the Hamptons over the past few years, and I would put Heiko's place at the top of the list. The grounds are gorgeous. The interiors are gorgeous, and the house is laid out in a way that maximizes the space. It was perfect for a long Thanksgiving weekend with 3 couples. Based on the pictures, we worried we may not have enough space, but that was not the case at all. We all felt very much at home, comfortable, and with enough privacy. Highlights: we loved making fires, enjoying the lawn and deck, and cooking in the kitchen. We'd love to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool!

Enjoy Northwest Woods

I enjoyed my week in Heiko’s house in the NWWoods! The owner is very responsive, as we had a few things that needed attending to when we arrived. It is a sweet house but the back and pool were my favorite part!

Birthday weekend

The property looks even better in real life than on the photos, it is spotless clean, Heiko is a very accommodating host and offered us early checkin and late checkout - depending on the preview/following guests arrival times. We visited with a group of friends for my birthday weekend. Please keep in Mind that this is not a place to throw a house party with a lot of people, but to enjoy the pool, BBQ, dinner party with your friends and then go out. The Beds are very comfortable, temperature in the rooms adjustable. wish we had stayed longer, I would like to go back.
