“Villa Lagoudi” is a traditionally built, stone house in the quaint village of Lagoudi of Kos island.The stone house overlooks the sea, it is the ideal place for a relaxing , secluded , sedate holiday for those who like village life and quiet surroundings.
The picturesque mountain settlement of Lagoudi is located in the center of Kos island. It is a very scenic village, with stone-built houses and beautiful green verdure. The view from Lagoudi village, of the Aegean sea and the islands of Pserimos and Kalymnos is breathtaking. In Villa Lagoudi, you will find the peaceful holiday spot you have been seeking.
“Villa Lagoudi” is situated in 2,5 acre privately owned land surrounded by a magnificent unspoiled environment, overlooking Lagoudi village.The villa consists from 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bed, modern kitchen, dinning room, living room with fire place one bathroom one toilet, and a cellar. Three outdoor balconies are spanning the length of the house and are the perfect spot for breakfast, dinner, relaxation and unforgettable sunsets.It can accommodate 5 persons. Possibility of sleeping 2 more person in sofa-bed.
The property's central position on the island, gives the guests easy access to the delights of Kos island whether it be visiting ancient sites (asklepieio, castle of Pyli) pretty ports (Kefalos, Kardamena, Mastihari), sandy beaches (Tigaki, Marmari, Kamari) mountain villages (Zia, Asomatos), or tasting the great variety of wine and traditional Greek cuisine of which people of Kos are justly proud.There are many wonderful walks along the old roads of the island, through olive groves, mountain passes and in the spring and autumn through a countryside which blooms with a rich variety of wild flowers of every colour imaginable.
Close to the villa there are many churches, castles, ancient ruins, deserted villages and beaches to discover and enjoy - each one so different and special.“Villa Lagoudi” is the perfect getaway for people who really like to relax in a tranquil natural environment, are fans of alternative tourism and love hiking, trekking and mountain biking.

Excellent location and wonderful host

Stunning view, comfortable villa at a stone's throw away from zia in addition to a very friendly host makes this property a hidden gem. We will definitely come back for more sunsets next year. A big thanks to the host for making our trip memorable.

This property is a gem, located midway between the sea and the mountaintop. Total privacy with amazing views, particularly at sunset. Lovely stone house with particular attention paid to details, both inside and out. We stayed for four days and loved it.

Simply a gem!

This villa was exactly what we were looking for: a nice, comfortable building surrounded only by a lush garden and plain nature.It is ideally located (within 30 minutes of the airport, Kos City and most (wonderful) beaches and has an excellent view to the sea.Our hosts were extremely nice and friendly and had even the most important food and water ready when we came. They had even an "Easter plate" prepared...To sum it up: We had been in many properties on many Greek islands in the last 15 years - but this years experience was definitely the best!

Fabulous house in a gorgeous location

We had a week in April with 3 kids and predictably mixed weather and this was the ideal place to be. The house itself is fantastic. Beautifully designed with a traditional feel but all the modern comforts. There's plenty of space for a family of 5 and the gardens and views are fantastic. In addition the location is perfect to explore the whole island. Nikko was a great host and couldn't do enough to ensure we had everything we needed. Will very likely be back!

Outstanding villa in an amazing location!!

We couldn't have felt more welcomed at this beautiful villa. Niko did everything to make us feel comfortable and cared for during our stay, including showing us around the property and providing us with a generous selection of lovely refreshments for when we arrived late at night. The property itself was super clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of towels, bedding etc. Location wise, I challenge you to find anything more amazing than this on the whole island of Kos! It's set in super peaceful and private surroundings, magnificent views, beautiful sunsets and we loved all the animals who live in the areas around the villa (chickens, cockerels and the odd goat!). Driving to the property was very easy and the walks to Zia and Pyli are also easily accessible if you can manage the hills. I'd recommend this villa to anyone who is looking to stay in Kos. Five stars on all fronts!

Das Haus ist einfach unbeschreiblich toll und hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Es liegt idyllisch abseits vom Trubel und ist der beste Sunsets-Spot der Insel. Nico ist einfach der perfekte Gastgeber, das Haus wurde uns in einem perfekten und sauberen Zustand übergeben, die Kommunikation mit ihm war super unkompliziert und seine Hilfsbereitschaft bei einem Problem mit unserem Mietwagen einfach klasse.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Haus in Panoramalage

Das Haus hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick zum Meer und über die umliegenden Inseln. Es ist gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Niko ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der umgehend auf alle Fragen reagiert und den Gast mit einem großen Obstteller und vielem anderen willkommen heißt.

Lovely house!

We verbleven met 5 vriendinnen in het mooie huis van Niko met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en de zee. Op elk moment van de dag kan je van de zon genieten, er zijn verschillende terrassen, ook een dakterras. Niko verwelkomde ons vriendelijk en voorzag fruit en drankjes bij aankomst. Het huis is goed voorzien. Alles wat je nodig hebt vind je terug, van olie en kruiden tot kaarsjes. Een korte wandeling van 15 minuten brengt je zo tot in Zia. Wij hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf in Villa Lagoudi!

Wunderschönes Haus in hervorragender Lage

Wir haben zwei Wochen hier verbracht und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, mit Liebe eingerichtet und entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Es ist zentral gelegen, alle wichtigen Punkte der Insel können von hier aus rasch erreicht werden, ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist aber notwendig. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig, die Lage ruhig, der Blick über die Berge auf der einen und das Meer auf der anderen Seite ist immer wieder eindrucksvoll. Nur hin und wieder klingt - je nach Wind - die Musik einer Taverne herüber. Die Fenster schließen aber sehr dicht. Niko, der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit, entgegenkommend und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder zurück.

Traumhafter Blick

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Blick über die Insel. Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (3 und 6 Jahre) den Garten, die Teresse und das Haus geliebt. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepfelgt und toll ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Was für eine schöne Unterkunft

Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns in der Villa Lagoudi sehr wohl. Die Fotos entsprachen komplett der Unterkunft und der Blick war einfach nur traumhaft. Das Haus ist gemütlich und hochwertig ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlte es uns an nichts. Höchsten an ein wenig Licht über der Arbeitsfläche ;-) Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre das doch recht kleine Badezimmer. Die Duschbadewanne fordert gerade größere Personen zu einer sportlichen Höchstleistung heraus. Ansonsten ist aber alles toppimoppi und absolut empfehlenswert. Uns gefiel zudem die Lage besonders gut. Einsam, aber doch so gut gelegen, dass wir morgens vor dem Frühstück immer einen Spaziergang durch die Olivenhaine zu dem Bergdörfchen Zia (ca. 15 Minuten) gemacht haben. Das eigentlich hochgradig touristische Örtchen Zia macht morgens - so ganz ohne Touristen - einen doch sehr liebenswerten Eindruck und abends kann man, wenn die Sonne untergegangen ist und die Busse wieder in Richtung der großen Hotels gestartet sind, ganz entspannt dort noch ein Ouzo genießen. Also weit weg vom Touristentroubel ist dieses Haus einfach nur Erholung pur und es kann sehr gut sein, dass wir wieder kommen. :-)

Sehr schönes Objekt, super Gastgeber

Das Objekt liegt wie beschrieben auf dem Land mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hat sogar den Kühlschrank mit einem kleinen Vorrat an Getränken bestückt.

Super Haus, Top-Ausstattung, netter Vermieter, überragende Aussicht

Das Haus ist fernab vom Touristenrummel gelegen, ruhig, mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten zum Marmaris-(Sand-)Strand, hervorragend ausgestattet und in Top-Zustand. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Niko), der auch ein Willkommens-Paket im Kühlschrank plaziert hatte (Obst, Wasser, Saft). Auf der Terrasse hat man eine hervorragende Aussicht auf das Meer und die Nachbarinseln. Auch der Sonnenuntergang lässt sich da genießen. Großes Grundstück mit Spielgeräten und Grill. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Meze-Restaurant "Granny's" (in Laufentfernung). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Vielen Dank !
