Excellent apartment with a small terrace, located on Usandizaga street. Great for families and congressmen. The apartment is 1 minute away from Zurriola beach and the Kursaal Congress Palace, 5 minutes from de Old Town and the city center and 10 minutes from la Concha beach.

Apartment with 3 bedrooms (5 single beds), a bathroom and a kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed. Includes free Internet connection via WiFi and full kitchen equipment, as well as sheets and towels.

It is in a quiet area, near the pintxos bars and with surf schools, supermarket, bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, and clothing boutiques in the same street.
