Beautiful house overlooking the bay of San Antonio de Portmany

The House is a former large-scale Ibizan estate renovated and recently promoted to a luxury category.
The interior units are approximately 500 square meters and consist of 6 double rooms (4 with private bathroom), 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people easily, offering multiple possibilities for large groups of diners.
The House is a U-shaped chalet, so the rooms are separated from each other, thus offering a sense of privacy. The House gives a great sense of space, even when there are 12 people.
The house also has air conditioning in each room, a large private pool, hidden from the outside by a fence, satellite television, WIFI and the Sonos sound system.
The farm has an alarm system and is completely fenced.
The pool measures 14m x 6m and has a large terrace - outdoor dining room.
The common areas are ideal for large groups, as they are large and impressive enough. There are 2 indoor living rooms and 4 outdoor seating areas, 2 of which also function as a dining room.
La Torre - Master suite with private office, outdoor terrace, bedroom and a luxury bathroom. It is located on the top floor of the tower, with stunning views of the entire property and the bay of San Antonio.
The Studio - Second master suite with private living room, terrace, bedroom and private bathroom.
Conejera - Refers to Conejera Island off the coast of San Antonio, which used to be owned by the Prats family. The image that appears in the room is from Toni’s grandfather during a weekend of hunting with his Ibizan hounds. This is where he used to have chickens. There is still a hole in the wall where I kept the eggs! Formerly eggs were an important source of income for farmers in Ibiza.
This room is double with private bathroom.
La Bahía - Room with private bathroom at the bottom of the Tower. This area used to be the stable.
“Las TÍas” - This is the oldest part of the house, to which the rest of the areas of the house were added later. In more recent years it was the room of the women of the family. Double room that shares a bathroom (see image) with another room.
The "Central Room" - Double room with incredible views. "Las Tías" and the Central Room share the bathroom.
There are 2 large and fully equipped outdoor dining rooms, which accommodate up to 15-20 people each.
