Relaxing stay with fine wine

Overall it was a good experience. Not knowing how hot water heater worked and a poorly equipped kitchen. It would have been nice to know there was no WiFi. don't assume. Very pretty area.

Verwacht geen moderne luxe, maar als je houdt van een nostalgische ervaring op het Italiaanse platteland midden in de wijngaarden van de eigenaar, dan is dit een charmant en aangenaam huis met vriendelijke eigenaren.

Huis in de wijngaard

We waren 2 weken in dit ruime huis. We hebben veel gefietst en zo de omgeving ontdekt. Het huis ligt helemaal vrij, met een ruime tuin en dat zorgt voor veel privacy. In de tuin staan veel fruitbomen. Wij hadden het geluk dat de perziken rijp waren en mochten er volop van plukken. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Overal wijngaarden en bij helder weer zagen we de besneeuwde bergtoppen van de Alpen uit ons slaapkamerraam. Bij aankomst werden we warm ontvangen door de verhuurders en ook tussendoor werd ons regelmatig gevraagd of alles naar wens was. Het huis is keurig onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien, maar het interieur is wel gedateerd. De provinciale weg verderop geeft af en toe wel wat geluid van (vracht)verkeer.

Heerlijke week in fijn huis!

We hebben genoten van het huis met zijn historie, het uitzicht en de mooie omgeving. Mooie wandelingen, met de trein weg en autoritten, ook dankzij alle tips in een uitgebreide map! Maar ook lui bij het huisje tussen artisjokken en druivenstokken, genietend van artisjokken en de heerlijke Barbera wijn! Leuke contacten met Italo, Ernestina en Chiara. Hartelijk dank voor een heerlijke week
