Rundum war die Ferienwohnung bis auf Kleinigkeiten OK.

Bei der Übernahme enttäuschten die zusätzlichen Kosten für die Kurtaxe, die im Angebot sowie im Auftrag nicht erwähnt wurde. Die Ausstattung ist für 4 Personen nicht ausreichend. Der Geschirrspüler war somit nicht notwendig. Positiv ist folgendes zu benennen: Der Support der Agentur, die Sauberkeit, die Wohnung mit der großen Terrasse mit Meerblick, sowie das Umfeld mit dem nahen Supermarkt und Bistro.

schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Terrasse

Wir haben tolle 8 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Das Beste daran ist natürlich diese wirklich riesige Terrasse mit Sonne und Schatten Plätzen. Nur der Grill war etwas veraltet und abgenutzt, sodass wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten. Die Lage gefiel uns sehr gut, allerdings ist ein Auto von Vorteil! Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke! Bar mit Wifi ebenso - im Haus kein Wifi vorhanden und keinerlei nicht italienische TV Programme. Hätten gerne Sport /Tennis in Paris gesehen, nicht möglich. Das eine Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein,. aber ausreichend zum übernachten. Beide Bäder super sauber, allerdings auch klein. Es wäre schön, wenn so Kleinigkeiten wie Öl, Salz, Pfeffer vorhanden wären, dann müßte man diese nicht für einige Tage neu kaufen - wir haben unsere einfach stehen lassen. Auch Spülmaschinen Tabs (2), Putztücher etc. etwas spärlich, aber wir konnten ja waschen. Die Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt und wir durften sogar bis 17 Uhr in der Wohnung bleiben bei Abreise!! Also insgesamt können wir die Anlage nur empfehlen, wobei die Wohnungen wie diese in der 1. Etage natürlich den viel schöneren Blick haben!! Wir kommen gerne zurück, wenn wir nochmal nach Sardinien fliegen.

Super Appartment auch mit Kleinkindern

Eine schöne Appartementanlage, eine gute Ausstattung und eine große Terasse, die einen einmaligen Blick auf Golfo Aranci geboten hat! Leider lief der Kühlschrank aus und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Es mussten zweimal Installateure kommen.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Good sized bedrooms and bathroom, but the best aspect was the wonderfully spacious terrace overlooking the beach and sea. It's a few minutes walk to the beach, and no more than 2 minutes walk to the supermarket and nearest bar, so very conveniently located. The walk into Golfo Aranci is 10-15 minutes where you can find more bars and restaurants. We had a few minor niggles with the apartment, mainly the air conditioning in the main bedroom didn't seem to be working properly, but all of our issues were quickly and efficiently resolved by Chiara and Elisabetta from the agency. They were very helpful and responsive to all of our questions and requests. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, and we would definitely consider returning.

OTTIMO

Siamo due coppie di amici e Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane nell'estate 2014 in questo splendido appartamento. E' in una posizione magnifica, vicinissimo alla spiaggia di sabbia bianca con un mare cristallino. ci siamo veramente goduti la terrazza sia a pranzo che la sera a cena...o per un aperitivo improvvisato. Davvero una favola con quella vista mozzafiato..avvolti dal profumo tipico della Sardegna. Anche l'accoglienza e l'assistenza della struttura è stata impeccabile...che dire di più, abbiamo già prenotato per agosto 2015!

Fantastico soggiorno!

Siamo entusiasti della nostra vacanza e dell'appartamento nel Villaggio Perlacea. Penso che il nostro fosse uno degli appartamenti più belli e con la terrazza più grande in prima fila sul mare. La terrazza è molto spaziosa ed abbiamo avuto modo di trascorrere molto tempo all'aperto malgrado fosse ottobre. Siamo stati molto fortunati con il clima! Ringrazio ancora le ragazze per la loro disponibilità. Sicuramente consiglierò il villaggio!

Casa sulla spiaggia top!

Merveilleuse maison exactement correspondant à la description. La très belle plage de Golfo Aranci est juste en face du village (un village tout à fait neuf et très très tranquil). On a presque tout fait à pieds et en velo, le supermarché est juste à coté, un très bon restaurant pizzeria est à 10 minutes à pieds. La maison est neuve et très bien équipée. terrasse et vue mer imprenables! On y voit l'année prochaine!

Peaceful and amazing sea view!

I stayed in Villaggio Perlacea for 1 week in June and just loved it. This apartment has an amazing terrace with sea view and everything is reachable on foot in minutes: the beutiful Quinta Spiaggia beach, bar supermarket, lot of beaches and the centre of Golfo Aranci. The house is very clean and is new, all furniture is new and well kept and everythng is well organized (washing machine, dishwasher, small barbecue, tv, iron board and iron). The agency staff is very helpful and nice, ready to answer all our questions. Definetely recommended!

Indimenticabile soggiorno in Sardegna

L'appartamento è nuovissimo ed anche il Villaggio Perlacea è nuovo e molto curato. Sicuramente il pezzo forte di questa proprietà è rappresentato dalla grande terrazza con vista mare. La proprietà è arredata in stile sardo con mobili di legno caratteristici. Ha 5 posti letto e due comodi bagni con box doccia. La spiaggia è a dir poco stupenda!

Increíble departamento con una super terraza!

La casa es muy cómoda, perfecta para una familia por que tiene dos banos nuevos y bien equipados, una terraza enorme con mesa y sillas para 8 personas, living para exteriores y un barbacoa muy practico! El supermercado se encuentra a 100 metros y la playa que tiene frente es espectacular, parece el caribe!
