Between Camargue and Alpilles, 10 minutes from downtown Arles, a small haven of peace in a residential, quiet and friendly area in the countryside. The cottage with its private terrace with spa is surrounded by an authentic garden surrounded by fig and olive trees.
The house is modern, practical and comfortable: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine); bathroom wc with walk-in shower.
Ideal for 2 people. Large bed (160 * 200) upstairs in a mezzanine above the living room and possibility of accommodation for an additional person in a quality convertible in the living room. Living room equipped with a flat screen with TNT channels, internet connection possible.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartement was very nicely and practically furnished, the location was quiet and perfect for excursions in all directions. The hosts were always approachable, very helpful and had great tips and background information about the region. Definitely recommendable!

A happy visit to beautiful Provence

I rented the studio apartment for a week in March 2016. I loved staying there and would happily stay there again. The property is clean, comfortable and quiet. And the location is very convenient to Arles so you can easily enjoy the best of both worlds according to your mood. The kitchen had everything I needed to fix my meals, as well as coffee, dish detergent, paper towels and other items I usually need to buy before I can settle in at a holiday rental. I was very comfortable very quickly! My first visit to Arles in 2005 was too brief, so I was happy to wander the streets and take in the sights at a comfortable pace. And the surrounding countryside (Les Baux, Les Alpilles, La Camargue, Le Pont du Gard...) offers innumerable vistas and historical connections that continually remind you that you're in France. What made this visit to Arles even more special, though, was the owner's parents. They live next door, yet a tall hedge ensures your privacy. And while they keep their distance, they're always ready to help if you have a question or problem. Besides showering me with a bagful of treats on my arrival, they provided a detailed list of recommended attractions and restaurants. In my experience, recommending restaurants is a tricky business, but I enjoyed every restaurant Jean Jacques suggested. Beyond that, he's simply what we Americans would call a "great guy" -- knowledgeable, helpful, generous, warm, funny and simply a pleasure to be around. He knows a little about wine, too! Directions to the property were very clear. Access is easy. There is ample parking behind a locked gate. There are still many places near Arles that I want to see. I will have to come back!

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe von Arles

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus von Jacques und seiner Frau und haben es sehr genossen. Jacques stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat sehr viele Empfehlungen gegeben. Beim Einchecken gibt es sogar Gastgeschenke. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr idyllisch in der Nähe von Arles auf einem riesengroßen Grundstück. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Ausflüge jeglicher Art (kulturell und Naturbeobachtungen). Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet. Das "Schlafzimmer" ist über eine Treppe erreichbar, man muss schon etwas mobil sein. Nur das WLAN im Ferienhaus war sehr langsam.

Sehr herzlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber

Die Unterkunft war klein, aber fein. Es war alles vorhanden, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Herauszuheben ist die herzliche Aufnahme durch Jaques und seine Frau! Wir bekamen viele Tipps und Unterstützung und tolle regionale Begrüßungsgeschenke. Wir können Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

kleines Haus in schönem Garten in ruhiger Gegend

Herr Mangold war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, das Haus war mit allem eingerichtet, was es braucht, die Klimaanlage hat auch an heißen Tagen für eine gelegentliche Abkühlung gesorgt, der Whirlpool für zusätzliche Entspannung. Wir haben die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder gern genutzt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. S. u. D. Leopold

Mit hervorragenden Reisetipps, charmanten Kurzbesuchen meist zum gemeinsamen Morgenkaffee und bezaubernden Gastgeschenken (hausgemachte Feigenmarmelade vom eigenen Feigenbaum und einen Liquere de Verbeine von der Hausdame) wurde unser Aufenthalt in der wunderbaren Camargue im wunderschönen Garten und Gästehaus zu einem besonderen Erlebnis! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Camargue. Le logement est confortable, très bien équipé et situé dans une zone calme, à une distance raisonnable du centre-ville d’Arles. La dépendance est bien isolée du reste de la propriété : on s’y sent comme chez soi ! L’accueil de "Jacky" est chaleureux et ses conseils de visite précieux. Nous recommandons !

Jean Jacques et son épouse sont des hôtes très attentionnés. Le logement est impeccable et confortable. Il y a tout ce dont les voyageurs peuvent avoir besoin. Très bien situé, proche de Arles. Les activités sont nombreuses à proximité. L’accueil et la gentillesse de Jean-Jacques et son épouse finisse de parfaire le voyage. Hôte très agréable et disponible, aux petits soins pour nous. Je reviendrais vraiment avec plaisir. Je ne peux que vous recommander de vous arrêter quelques jours pour profiter.

Wirklich super schön

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und doch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Der Vermieter sehr nett und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Da es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr heiß war, schätzten wir besonders, den Spa Pool und die Klimaanlage im Haus.

La pace in Camargue

La casa è molto carina, offre tutti i comfort e tutte le dotazioni necessarie per il soggiorno. La posizione è molto tranquilla e molto comoda per visitare sia Arles, molto vicina, che le altre località come Avignone, Nimes, le Pont du Garde, e per raggiungere il mare. L'ospitalità del padrone di casa Sig. Mangold è eccezionale. Consigliato sia per coppie che per famiglie con un figlio.

Ce gîte est très bien situé, au calme et avec un accès rapide pour visiter la Camargue. La qualité de cette location est excellente par les prestations comprises dans le prix de la location (parking, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, etc..) De plus, l'accueil par le propriétaire est très chaleureux et toujours disponible pour nous orienter vers les excursions à ne pas manquer. Vous pouvez réserver ce gîte sans hésiter, vous ne serez pas déçu.

SEJOUR PARFAIT

Très beau gîte bien équipé dans un environnement verdoyant et fleuri, le jacuzzi est le petit plus ! Les propriétaires, Mr et Mme Mangold sont des personnes très attentionnés qui n'hésitent pas à vous recommander les choses à faire et à visiter dans les environs et toujours à l'écoute !
